Great find. Prices are very reasonable and the service is above and beyond. We had the gf pizza and they were able to substitute the tomato sauce for pesto sauce. Definitely will be back.

As a loyal customer of The Heights for years, I have to say I was shocked when I ordered a salad for delivery and received the wrong salad a upon notifying the Heights about the mix up, they agreed to send the correct salad HOWEVER they requested the incorrect salad to be returned to the driver. As medical professional, I found that to be a bit unsanitary. I obliged, but questioned the principle of returning food.

To reply to ur reply, no one said you resold the returned salad…. I just didn’t understand why it would be requested back. Also, no one is trying “to get over on ur business, by getting a free $15” it’s not that serious. And as much as myself and my colleagues ordered from your business, I’m talking $100 orders easily, a free salad was the last thing we were trying to do.

Our family has been going here for years. The food is delicious. The Sicilian pie is so thick, yet light and airy...it's amazing! I've used them for catering, and everyone raved about how each dish was tasty and not like the usual "catered fare".

Usually it great and always my go to but the last 3 times the pizza has been dry or soggy

We ordered two dinners, Chicken Francaise, and chicken Marsala, and a large Pizza.
The Pizza was very good, but the driver must have tipped the bag with the dinners, because most of the sauce of the Chicken Francaise leaked out and the dinner containers were sitting in a pool of the sauce, with very little left for the dinner.
The chicken was also very chewy in both dinners, and the Marsala sauce just did not taste good and was oily.

Update: I was contacted again by the owner with a nice sincere message. We have ordered before and believe this was a one time thing.

We order 3 x a week from here. Never have we even come close to experiencing a bad meal. The delivery is twice as fast as other places. So the food is so hot it's like we are eating it there. My fiancee' orders balsamic chicken pizza w extra balsamic glaze . Always perfect. And delicious. I order a variety of meals from the delis cowboy burger to children's vodka pasta. However last night I got the Cali pannini club. It's made with avocado and Dijon plus the usual club ingredients. It was one of the BEST sandwiches I have ever eaten. The turkey was thick and fresh and the avocado mixed perfectly with the sandwich. Iy is obvious the owners take their business to heart. I will continue to order ev week for a very long time. Treat yourself to a GREAT meal w fresh ingredients
