I live in Hackensack, so I’ve only ever ordered delivery (that’s why no stars for service or atmosphere). What I can say is that I’m really sad my town doesn’t have any pizza as good as yours. I ordered the Brooklyn sub, new to the menu. I really wanted it to be good but it was not flavorful and dry. Onions overpowered the rest of the sandwich, even after I removed them. Fries were delivered soggy. To go fries should always be put in a bag to maintain some crispiness. I gave three stars instead of 2 because I like their pizza and chicken wings.
I absolutely love the food and prices here. However the wait times lately have been disappointing. The last 3 times we were there, we waited about 25 minutes in the restaurant for our to-go order. 2/3 times were a tray (catering order) where they ask the time for pick up and we still have to wait and then rush to where we are planning to go with the food. the other time was just a couple of salads and a sandwich that we called in about 30 minutes before getting to the restaurant...
