Came here to buy some delicious pretzels. There was no room to move in the store because they had all kinds of racks right out by the front door and the three guys that were working there lacked any kind of customer skills. It was like pulling teeth to get them to even interact with us.
Had trouble ordering online due to an issue with my credit card. Called and got Kathy who I think is the manager on the phone. She was so friendly and quickly took my large work order which was ready exactly when promised. Amazing customer service and amazing pretzels! They were a big hit at work! I’ll definitely be back soon.
*Too Good to Go Review*I ordered for a pick up for a Tuesday at 5 pm via Too Good to Go. The app allows you to order a surprise bag of a restaurants remaining food for the day, for a discounted price. I’m the bag was a row of pretzels, pretzel nuggets, cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, and a pepperoni stick. While the amount of food we received was appreciated, we ended up having to throw most of it out. Most of the items tasted like they were from the day before and not the day...
