I think I just had the best chocolate eclair I ever had (and that includes the ones I've had in France). The choux pastry was just the right texture with a slight crisp exterior and a light interior. The custard was incredible (like wow!) and the chocolate ganache on top was just the right amount and just the right thickness. The bakery was called Two Ladies Bakery North in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. It's a small boutique bakery but well worth the trip. If you want...

Went there today for the first time and everything I got tasted amazing. Got 2 cream puffs and the custard filling is out of this world; light, yet filling and not over sweetened like most places. Also got the pistachio eclair which was just as good and 2 cookies. The lady assisting me was beyond helpful and kind. Such a great find, highly recommend!
