I placed an order on their website, i was supposed to pickup in the Wayne location. When I got there and asked to pickup my order, they couldn’t find it. The order was placed in this location accidentally unfortunately. I called and spoke with the manager, he refused to refund me the order and said there is nothing he can do. Like come on man Tried to convince me to drive up to this location to pickup the order from there instead Saying it’s 5 minutes away (lol it’s actually 20) PS. I called before the schedule pickup time.

Won't be back place order ahead of time waited 30mins before heading to pick up food. Got there at my pick up time had to wait an additional 20mins for my order. Which is ridiculous and food was dried, overcooked and not sauced properly.

I'm driving through. Saw the "Go" and thought it would be quick. It was not. I was waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. There were only 2 workers, so bless their heart for trying to keep up with it all. But I would not recommend this as a quick bite.

Really disappointing, I went here two times recently, once in the evening and once a few weeks later in the afternoon. Both times there were only two employees that were completely overwhelmed by the amount of people waiting for their orders. I could never even order because the wait was too long. It’s really disappointing that ownership can’t figure out how to keep adequate staff to handle the business. Nobody wants to wait for half an hour or more for Buffalo wings!
