Chris and his family make it a JOY to stop in!The bagels are great, but the kolaches are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!If you haven't had one, run, don't walk to Lone Star!! Always on the lookout for new delicacies, I found some at The Lone Star Bakery In Haskell. It's a Czech Bakery that specializes in Kolaches. They come in sweet and savory. I got two of their Breakfast Kolaches. The Tex/Mex is loaded with sausage, eggs, jalapeno. The Ranchero has scrambled eggs, potatoes, onions, and cheese. The sweet one is Blueberry. Amazing bagels and super delicious kolaches! My husband and I tried the apple cinnamon and then the sweet cream cheese kolaches for the first time from Lonestar and we're officially fans. Great, friendly service. Lonestar is now our go to bakery!
