I work overnights, and look forward to my "little reward" every week. On my Fridays, I go here on my way home, and it's always great. I'm glad it's there.

Bacon egg and cheese on the homemade roll is too die for.Chris made a Corned Beef, Onion and Cabbage savory kolache for St. Paddy’s day and it was 10/10.

Amazing bagels and super delicious kolaches! My husband and I tried the apple cinnamon and then the sweet cream cheese kolaches for the first time from Lonestar and we're officially fans. Great, friendly service. Lonestar is now our go to bakery!

Love the food and love the people. Last summer they knew my mom had knee surgery and gave me a kolache to bring home to her. My go to spot.

Chris and his family make it a JOY to stop in!The bagels are great, but the kolaches are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!If you haven't had one, run, don't walk to Lone Star!! Everything a family bakery should be, and the type of business Wanaque needs!!Kid-friendliness: Always let the kiddies try something sweet!

Always on the lookout for new delicacies, I found some at The Lone Star Bakery In Haskell. It's a Czech Bakery that specializes in Kolaches. They come in sweet and savory. I got two of their Breakfast Kolaches. The Tex/Mex is loaded with sausage, eggs, jalapeno. The Ranchero has scrambled eggs, potatoes, onions, and cheese. The sweet one is Blueberry. Breakfast in a slightly sweet yeast bun. Outstanding. Super nice people. Lone Star Bakery on Ringwood Avenue in Haskell !!! Open from 6:30am to 3pm !!!

I love this place! Great food and great people! The sandwich pictured is the big boy! All 3 meats, hash brown, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Highly recommend it!Parking: Small shared lot but I never had trouble finding parking.

First time today. Best Taylor Egg and Cheese on a signature soft roll I have ever had.

Amazing service from husband and wife owners, baking and cooking breakfast in the early mornings. I recommend trying a fresh breakfast Kolache

I have no idea how this place stays open. They run out of bagels constantly. And not just at closing. Like run out at 9 in the morning. Not to mention they're only open for about 33 hours a week. This part time shop is mediocre at best.

Their kolaches are great breakfast or takeaway lunches, especially before a hike or during a hike at Norvin Green State Forest. You can put them in your pack at the top, and despite being tossed around, they didn't rip open or leak filling. Sure, the bread might get a bit soaked on the inside over time, but the fillings inside taste fresh and homemade.I had the tomato egg and sausage, and would want to try more flavors.

Love these bagels, this is my go to spot. Only thing is you need to go early in the morning, they only make a certain amount of bagels for the day and more than likely they will not have any plain bagels after 9am
