Mess up out order nearly every time we go

My boyfriend ordered a taco and discovered a HAIRBALL in his food. We called to inform them about their mistake and they left the phone unanswered, which is apparently commonplace with this location. We took the food back to the restaurant to have the situation rectified appropriately and they dismissively refused him a refund and only offered to remake the taco which we promptly threw away. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and DISGUSTING. I myself have eaten here twice and the food was consistently cold and soggy. Based on the majority of the reviews for this location being 1 star, I seriously implore management to reconsider whom they employ. These people have no cares in the world when it comes to not only sanitation, but also keeping customers safe. The customer service here is subpar at best and we will never be returning.

Expensive for fast food..

I don’t do this but i have to for this. Ordered a quesadilla and taco supremes and then a side of sour cream got to the window and noticed there was no sour cream so I asked the gentleman for it and he told me it was 1.21 for sour cream. It was already on my bill, and then I also asked for it on the side as well. Gave me an attitude about it, and then finally got my side of sour cream. The side of sour cream consisted of a half of squirt, if anything. Fine, I understand paying for a side of something which I have no problem doing, but every other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to charges $.50 and actually the container . But the main reason I’m posting about this, they still offered nacho fries. There is nothing nacho about them, or any kind of seasoning. It’s just regular fries with a side of cheese. I would have no problem with any of this in reality, but the fact that their employees were so obnoxiously rude, made it 10 times worse

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at Taco Bell. They served us old food which was smelling bad and tasted worse. We asked them to make the fries spicy but they completely ignored it and didn't do it even after we asked them for the second time. All of the money spent there was a waste. I do not recommend Taco Bell to anyone. I infact, want a refund!!

I always love stopping at this particular Taco Bell, there’s rarely a wait and the food comes out delicious (as far as fast food goes). The staff is nice & a must have for late night munchies

So fast service

This is not an indictment on the workers, I'm sure they don't really want to be there given the quality of the service, location, and prices. But I'm going to be frank.

Of all the Taco Bells I have ever been to, this really takes the cake as the worst.

Soft shell tacos? Folded like regular tacos, not wrapped.
Ordered a big taco box? Enjoy the bag, they will not give you the box.
Did you get a box order of any kind, actually? No, no box for you.

This is a Taco Bell I was excited about, but the quality of the restaurants is abysmal now, orders are occasionally quite wrong, and finally, there's a much, much better restaurant across the street that you could probably make better tacos with what they have, and they don't even make tacos. (It's Burger King.)

If that doesn't strike your fancy, you can genuinely walk across the street to Stop and Shop, buy some ground beef, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Shredded Cheese Blend and Taco shells for roughly the same price as what you're getting at Taco Bell for Five Times the quality.

What's more, the town actively protested this Taco Bell's existence, and over a year of work resulted in the worst fast food in the area.

A taco party box (bag, if you get it here!) should not cost Twenty Eight friggin' dollars, dear reader. Especially if they aren't even folding the Gods Forsaken (and I do mean forsaken!) Tacos.

At least they have Fire Sauce and Baja Blast.

After finally being waited on after waiting 5 minutes for someone to even check if there was a customer at the counter, I asked for the $5 Discovery box. I was told they didn't have it. I then asked for the $7 Luxe meal and was told that the price had gone up to $10. This was after checking their website just moments before for availability and pricing out in the parking lot. Seriously?!? This was at the Haskell location. I ended up going across the street to Burger King.

Food quality is great, like a normal taco bell. But compare prices to other taco bells and this one is nearly 2x the price! Legitimately double the price….

The food was good and fresh, and the only complaint I have is the paper straws, but that's more a law issue with new Jersey than this taco bell.

Would definitely recommend the big cheese-it crunchwrap box
