I've updated my score to review my recent experience. They tend to often get your order wrong. Even after telling me they don't have almond milk and asked if i wanted oat or regular. I told them oat; got regular. Used my app points for a drink, they told me they couldn't do it (again no almond). I told them to refund me. Guy agreed and told me to put my card for a refund. We ordered curbside and no one brought our order or came to the car after 20m. I went in and was told they don't offer curbside pick up but the app clearly stated they do AND there is a huge curbside pickup sign in the driveway. I was given 2 donuts for the "inconvenience."

The staff explained it’s Dunkin’ scanning system, not them. I understood. Although that doesn’t help me ?.
