The staff is very unorganized. All the employees are doing their own thing and not communicating with each-other. The younger girl that took my order was also the one doing the drive thru and she ended up making my drink too while they had like 5 other employees inside and one washing the sidewalk outside. It was not busy at all when I was there. I just got an iced coffee but people that came in after me ended up getting their drinks first. And no they were not all picking up...
I just visited this location a short time ago. A coupon I tried to use was scanning expired. It was valid for much longer according to the print. The staff explained it’s Dunkin’ scanning system, not them. I understood. Although that doesn’t help me 😃. Long story short, the store accommodated me else wise to avoid me leaving unhappy and have me returning to this location! Thank you ladies…
