We had a little company ordering day today and we decided to order from here. We placed our order online for a pick up and that was super easy to do. Once I got there the staff greeted me immediately and were very pleasant. We had a huge order and I did wait probably 5 min but I got there earlier to make sure I wasn’t late. Once I got to work we all loved our food. Everything was made as ordered and had tons of flavor and spice. We ordered quesadillas and burritos and nachos and drinks and chips and a few other things. But food was amazing and portions were just right. Definitely would order again soon

The first time I ordered from here it was awesome . Second time My mom was over and I was like oh my did we need to get bubbakoos you’ll love it….it was terrible. I spent $60 on garbage . Tacos / bowls had zero sauce and the tiniest pieces of meat…safe to say I won’t be back.
1st time ordering from Hazlet and last time, girl making the burritos not a problem , she knew what she was doing , the cook behind her and the manager omg didn't know what was going on at all! Manager should not be a manager he should be moping the floors and cleaning tables , never again will me and my wife visit this location .

We are a non profit organization and needed catering delivered at 10:30 for our teachers and this was a last minute order. Let me just saym, boy did Ronnie (Manager) and Rob (Owner) DELIVER!!!
From beginning to end Ronnie was extremely helpful. Great customer service! The kind of customer service we all need. Friendly, professional, and timely. Delivery was seamless. They were early!!! and Rob help me with set up and made sure we have everything we needed plus more. Not a lot of places will make it happen. Bubbakoos Hazlet team will do their best to make things happen. Bubbakoos made it at the top of our list for catering order for sure!

Provided the service is good this location for Bubbakoo’s is an absolute 4-5/5, depending on if you are ok with spending about 20ish dollars for a lunch meal. Unfortunately I have had recent service issues with 2 associates, the first a woman with a southern accent who does nothing but try to rush me through my order, trying to ask the toppings I am unsure of before my burrito has even been started and having me pay before hand too(this one is less of an issue but no one has ever has me pay before hand before) and another woman with a ponytail who has extremely rude mannerisms, being visibly upset when informed at the register that I had payed already and instead of asking for here or to go, only offered a to go bag and when I stated I will be eating in forcibly slid the burrito to me and did not offer a plate. I have not had issues with any other associate, male, female, or otherwise so a coaching session for a select few associates would do wonders. Again, outside of these recent issues this location is top notch and even with my recent issues the food has and always is phenomenal.
