No one will take accountability for messing up an order, no one will answer a phone. This place is run by trashy people and I question the food safety. I never leave bad reviews but this place really needs to be under new management or shut down at this point

Why is that every time I order at this location either my food is super cold or it’s always wrong . I have yet to order on line and get my food warm or correct from this location specifically.. granted they always replace it but if I’m ordering through door dash it’s because I don’t want to leave my home but I still manage to have to leave my home every time to go get my correct order .. you all have to do better .. I am a manager at a restaurant and I always make sure my staff double check the tickets while packing up the food to make sure all is correct instead of dissatisfying a customers .. I wish there were another Burger King around or I wish they. Change the staff starting with the manager … how are you not paying attention to what your team is doing to make sure you have happy customers. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to double check orders .DO BETTER SO THAT 3 STAR CAN CHANGE

What happened to this place, just went there and again the drive thru was out to the highway, so I went in and the cook is arguing with the manager, no one at the counter, the nice handicapped lady was upset, no one with the drive thru, what mess.

1. drive through took a full 15 min
2. poor customer service
3. soggy burgers overloaded with ketchup and mayo.. so much that it was seeping through all the burger wrappers
4. drink straws and condiments for nuggets were forgotten

The cashiers don't treat people well.
First,the kiosk doesn't work if you have a gift card, second they had no regular soda or minute maid drinks and no large fries and third they should tell you when ordering or put up a sign when they are out of things before you put your order in.they told me after I paid..well they just lost a customer

it should not be so complex to order up a cup of coffee. And it was a hassle to break a $50 bill. To pay for the 2 cups of coffee. And after paying, I was handed someone else’s bankcard after they gave me my change.

A burger king employee refused to sell me a whooper despite asking multiple time's and being on a phone for an hour plus. We tried to be nice but they were just too rude, do not recommended.

By far the worst Burger King and this isn’t just from a one time experience it’s every time. The service is terrible, they are always out of everything and the way the food is given to you is so bad it’s almost comical

I don't like ordering from touch screens. They do have 1 cash register, but no one was manning it or checking if any customers need help. I had a paper coupon to use, but no one was available to help take my order. So I use the app and order something else. Its a short wait to get your food after you order.

Whopper with no mayo loaded with mayo. No salt on fries. Diet Coke tastes like seltzer. No flavor at all. 🤦♀️
