This is the slowest drive through I’ve ever experienced. There’s literally zero urgency in this drive through and the employees have attitudes. Idk why I come here.
This place is a joke. 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker and I ended up leaving without food. Don't waste your time.

Downright awful and rude employees. They are not friendly to drivers or customers along with disabled veterans. Angry and just nasty people in there. They should all be fired on the way they treat door dash drivers and veterans. Shame on them! They argue with customers and are downright disrespectful to people

I love Burger King but they need to get rid of this place. One order I drive through takes 10 to 15 minutes with no other customers. And it's been twice that I've been here in the food was horrible. You may ask why go back then? I don't know because it's convenient it's right around the corner and I love Burger King but something has got to give
Yesterday after waiting 20 minutes for food and hearing an employee complain loudly about doing their job we finally received our food. When we returned home to eat, there was lettuce on everything after asking for no lettuce. We called the store and spoke with a very polite person who told us we could come back tomorrow for a refund. When we returned today to receive it, we were told they would not refund the money because we didn’t come back last night. Horrible service.

My 82 yr old friend and I went in this afternoon and were met with nothing but utter rudeness. We had a little trouble with the machine re codes, she had a paper coupon. She has cataracts and couldn't see at the bottom where paper coupon options were. We asked if someone could help. The woman at the counter turned to us and screamed"I don't know how to use it!( This, right after she screamed at her co worker). seriously?? the young man at the drive thru helped us, but this woman ( whose hair was pulled back and into a bun. She didn't have a name badge on, and wouldn't give her name). She either needs to be retrained, especially with the order machine, and how not to be nasty to customers, or fired. I WILL be contacting corporate/HR.
This particular Burger King is severely understaffed! The employees are stressed out! To the point that sometimes they don't get the order right the first time! Please help them so things will go much smoother for them.

The customer service rushed us and gave the completely the wrong drink. Also gave a sassy attitude when the app crashed. I really wouldnt recommend to anyone. Overall,

Ordered a original chicken sandwich and got a weird looking bun not the one you get with it ( if they where out ) they should of said something they never pick up the phone ever horrible drove 15 min back home to find that and had to drive back just horrible customer service!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will never go here again. Ordered through the app, two of my items were missing. Went inside to get them, she gave me the wrong item again! The young woman working the counter and the drive thru was very sweet but very slow, she had no help and when asked for help, she was bullied by a rude male employee who was just cleaning a mop bucket. He then stuck his hand in the top of the soft serve machine where the mix goes, to ‘fix it’, then walked away. An employee was obnoxiously complaining to the manager in the back, she just stared at me when I was at the counter and she kept complaining to the manager. It appears management and employees take advantage of the special needs employees. Sad situation at this Burger King.

Saw they had a brisket Whopper. It was pretty good. First time I went into a burger king in many years. Was very happy to see the general manager Ruth there she is an amazing professional quick to provide support to her staff and make sure guests are hospitably served.
To top it all off I got an awesome Sasuke Uchiha with my kids

Hostile restaurant I bought a sandwich in drive through then went to use man’s room

This is literally the worst fast food place that's ever existed. Like, this location specifically. I hate it here, but my elderly father loves their stuff, so I stop for him begrudgingly. I should have reviewed a few years ago when we came here to order a fee plain burgers for my hospice dog, and they got the order horribly wrong, but I didn't, so I'm doing it now after tonight's fiasco. I placed a couple orders on the app, not realizing there was an option for drive thru or indoor pickup. I'm beyond exhausted from my aforementioned elderly father being in the hospital, so that was my mistake. But after waiting several minutes at the drive thru screen to let them know I had a pick up (you basically need to wait for them to finish the previous car and have it drive away before they will even take your order next...), I get to the window and got...scolded? Lambasted? Rudely talked to? By who I assume was the manager for not coming in and getting the food. I apologized and said I hadn't realized, which she again chose to reiterate her nasty attitude and tone and spiel, twice. Lady, a little compassion and kindness goes a long way. You're not the only person who is or has had a hard day working/in life. I apologized for my error. It didn't need to be repeated to me several times in a nasty manner. We all have our own battles we're dealing with. At least the girl at the window who handed me my drink was sweet and when I got to the hospital with the food my father enjoyed it. But I will literally go out of my way to go to the Matawan or Middletown location from now on.
