Just pulled out of this location, whoever owns this location, today, January 23rd 2024 around 8:50 pm your employee Nick was working the drive thru and he did the most, when the soda spilled over a bit he wiped the cup down before putting it in the cup carrier, he waited till we asked for straws and remembered the sauces, thank you Nick.

During my visit to Burger King, I found the food to be decent, but the customer service left room for improvement. Consequently, I gave it a 3-star rating. Overall, an average experience with potential for enhancement in service.
The food here isn’t the problem the problem is the staff. They all seem like they hate their jobs and us customers are just burdens on their life or they don’t know what they’re doing. When I went in the store was empty and maybe one customer in the drive through I ordered a cheeseburger meal and chicken nuggets that’s it. And the employees making my order seemed lost the one guy asked maybe 5 times if the burger was for my order and his coworker looked at him and my order and shrugged her shoulders. After I got my order I didn’t get my drink so I asked if I could have a cup for my drink and the same employee started saying things under his breathe and seemed annoyed that I asked. They also forgot my sauces but based off the reaction I got for simply asking for the drink I paid for I decided to just leave and not bother them anymore than I apparently already did. This place when I was a kid was great always packed great food and service but after today I realized this location has really fallen apart and honestly I don’t think I’ll be back.

A 12yo child was FORCED to clean the restaurant with doors locked! A child went to this Burger King location with friends after school. The child took a little longer than an employee liked and told the child that he (the child) would need to clean every table and floor because he (the employee) wanted to leave. The child was blocked by the employee from leaving!!!The employee instructed co-workers to LOCK DOORS until the child completed this. This location is terrible. When placing my order I clearly told the employee not to put mayo on the Whoppers. Was handed the receipt where it's clearly notated no mayo. The same guy who took the order put mayo on them, and I kid you not, on the wrappers there was a line stating no mayo. Then another employee came in after having a smoke, swearing about the manager calling out and put a partly smoked cigarette on the counter. Took a pic. She then proceeded to yell at some school kids in the dining to keep the noise down. Also asked for a double cheeseburger , got a bacon double cheeseburger. Wowsa is all I can say. Unable to put zero stars.

Went at 2:15 pm today at09/24/23 to dine in. There is 3 employees passed as by in a span of 15 mins.but did not even say like kindly wait or be right back.Just ignore as completely . We need to drive to another burger King that is 4 miles away. Just to get burgerking.:/No customer service at all.To think is 5 mins away from our home .
