The donuts are amazing ing they are always fresh and have a little bit of a bite to them. The toppings are delicious. We buy them for our office at least once a week.

I used Carousel Bakery on many occasions for their cakes, and each and every time they were amazing! They look incredible with awesome detail, and the taste is incredible. In my opinion, the prices are very fair! I also go here for breads and pastries, they all look and taste wonderful!

We got cookies for my son’s second birthday from here. Not only were they able to beautifully execute the pictures I showed but they were also accommodating with making them dairy free. The cookies looked and tasted great!

They’ve got a wide array of baked goods that are pretty solid, and they make a great BEC for a very cheap price. I’d recommend stopping in here, there’s bound to be something you like. The people who work here are very nice and patient as well.

I don't normally leave bad reviews. Wife and I had the peanut butter cookies. Cookies were very stale and tasted like pure salt. Didn't really taste any peanut butter at all.

I was really surprised how unprofessional and unpleasant the lady in the store was. I mentioned l wanted to change the flavor of the cupcakes l ordered because the samples we tried did not have much of a flavor....She literally said she will not sell me anything and she stated "Have a nice life"...Unbelievable, they can't take any constructive criticism. I really wanted to do business with them.

My fiancé stopped in here and purchased about a dozen small pastries... Absolutely terrible. they wound up in the garbage. Not only was the icing on all of them sour the pastries were dry.. The one with the carrot on top you would think were carrot cake were not just dry yellow cake... Definitely not recommend and not cheap to boot...

We love the breads and rolls at the Carousel bakery. Their Italian rolls remind me of the rolls I used to get in Brooklyn.We find that the cakes and pastries are hit or miss, some of them not being fresh. Cookies are usually quite good.Nice people provide excellent service. Plenty of free parking. Baking is done on premise.

They made a wedding cake for me. Good price, delicious and so pretty! And everyone is so nice. Love them!Edit: last year I had a great experience with a wedding cake. This year it was just dreadful. One month ago I ordered a special cake for my wife's 50th birthday party. My wife is a nurse and that was the theme of her surprise party. The cake they promised me, and took a $50 deposit, looked like a nurses scrubs with stethoscope etc. I went to pick it up one hour before the party and there was no cake for me. The young girl called the owner and she mistakenly thought it was ordered for August 19th, not the 12th. My copy of the receipt said the 12th. Their copy also said the 12th, I saw it. The owner left an 18 year old girl to deal with me and refund my deposit. Desperate for a cake with no time to go shopping for one, I had to buy one of theirs. They had only 2 cakes in the whole bakery. So I begrudgingly bought a strawberry shortcake and the girl said she would give me a discount to compensate me for screwing up my wife's birthday party. $25.50. $25.50 for a strawberry shortcake. That was my discount. Absolutely disgraceful. Embarrassing. Unprofessional. Awful service when they made a huge error. Buy a datebook! I'll be leaving this review on every media I can find.
