Don’t get delivery they forget spicy sandwiches. 3 different orders 3 spicy sandwiches. Food is good but they can’t make a spicy sandwich hit the bag.

I had an amazing experience at the Chick-fil-A in Hazlet thanks to Carina! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and took our order with such kindness and professionalism. Not only did she make the ordering process pleasant, but she also brought our food out to us with the same bright smile and friendly attitude. Carina truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Because of her, I would absolutely come back to this location. Thank you, Carina, for the outstanding service!

I’m writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at one of your locations on Thursday. The restaurant was very busy, and I patiently waited about 20 minutes for my cookies and cream milkshake. During that time, I observed a young blonde male employee at the counter consistently apologizing to customers for the wait and thanking them for their patience.

However, when it was my turn, I was not acknowledged in the same way. My name was simply called, and I was handed my milkshake without any apology or polite interaction. As a Latina woman, I couldn’t help but feel singled out and disrespected. What upset me further was watching this same employee just moments later hand an order to a white couple while clearly mouthing, “I’m so sorry for the wait.”

The contrast in treatment made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s disheartening to experience what felt like racial bias in a place known for its service and values. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to Chick-fil-A.

I hope you take this concern seriously and look into how all customers are being treated—equally and respectfully—regardless of race or background.

Finally a hot chicken sandwich that the chicken was piping hot. As it should be. I stopped going to chick -fil-A about 11 months ago. They have gluten free buns which is wonderful for me but a cold sandwich and cold bun every darn time is a real piss me off bits of an experience.

So thank you for this particular location to offer a real hot meal. The rest of your locations like Sewell NJ and Englewood NJ shame on you and ask god for Forgiveness

Sandwich came out cold. Lacked the usual warmness of the buns. Usually this is not how it is serviced so knew that it lacked some effort. But never mind, I was hungry so didn’t complain at the moment.
Staff were good and attentive. Restroom was closed for some reason.

Love the Food and the people at Chick Fila including Jennie and Brandon. I love being their number 1 customer and I love coming here every week. Hope to keep coming here every week. This place is much better than Costco since I got kicked out of Costco even though I did nothing wrong. I have Autism and Chick Fila is the only place I want to come.
