This is the most efficiently run business I may have ever been to, at least during peak morning hours. You can get to the drive thru and there are 15 cars waiting and you'll be done in 5 to 10 minutes. Rose is a doll!

Absolutely ridiculous hours.... It's America, open your store, enjoy sitting in your car waiting while they could hire more people and move the drive thru line ..lobby open to 12 like it's covid
Great coffee and good service at most locations. I don't know if it's intentionally or not but the one closest to my home always seems to get my order wrong even after confirming it with them. It either has cream not milk for Sweet and Low not sugar

Limited seating. Very drive through focused...but it is Dunkin after all.The only drawback would be - be very specific when ordering a dozen donuts.When I drive through and explain that the donuts are for children; please make them colorful and with sprinkles...I usually get plain or crullers...not big hits with 5 year olds
I asked for an ice water after being lied to this morning about refill I understand if people don't know the rules but then this arrogant girl tells me um no u have to pay an proceed to give me an attitude wh3n I pull up to the window. Was it because I had to make your friends who were hanging out at the drive thru window with out a car move then you have the nerve to give me an ice water with 90 %ice in it are you that petty!!!
