I am sorry to say that if you order a hot specialty drink, there is no consistency. I get the same two items every day. 1 hot black coffee with 2 shots of mocha and 1 hot decaf latte with whole milk and 3 sugars. Lately, the drinks seem to be very inconsistent. Today, when I arrived at home and handed the latte to my wife, it was only half full and not so positive it was decaffeinated. This has been happening quite a bit over the last several months. I actually go out of my way to shop this location because of Will and Kassidy. These two employees are on top of their game. Most of the time, my drinks are waiting for me because they see me pull into the parking lot, and that impressed me. Today, I had to repeat my order several times before the cashier got it correct, which unfortunately has become normal at this location. I know I am a bit of a dinosaur because I still use cash, and it really bothers me when my change is handed back to me with the coins wrapped up in the paper money, but that is my pet peeve.
