I don’t know what was worse, hearing an employee blurt out how badly she had to ‘pee’ or watching the employees eat right over the same place they prepare food. They are teenagers and need a lot of training. Shame on you Gems. Add to this to the high prices and below average sandwich, I won’t be back. It’s too bad I had to leave any stars.

Rip off. Different prices and different portions every time I go. $10 for a pork roll egg and cheese with almost no pork roll on it. Such a bummer. Gem’s used to be a staple.

Food is good and they load up their sandwiches with top-notch ingredients. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The portions are generous, and everything feels freshly prepared. Great place for a quick lunch or casual bite — definitely coming back to try more from the menu!

Hi, I wanted to mention an issue with my order. I specifically asked for onion on my sandwich, but it was left off. Also, I didn’t want tomato, but it was added anyway. For a $10 sandwich, expensive, this is pretty frustrating — I expected the order to be correct!! Please double-check orders in the future!

Bagels are excellent. Staff is very pleasant. Chocolate chip muffin was extremely dry and stale, which is why 4 stars and not 5. It was definitely not a fresh muffin. It was not toasted and eaten 20 minutes after purchase, so there was no reason for it to be so stale. I highly recommend the bagels & sandwiches, but I would avoid the muffins/baked goods entirely.

Two workers just staring at me on new years eve after I made an advanced purchase and refused to open the door for me to pick up my order. Will not do business here.

Terrible ! I go in ask for a plain bagel TOASTED with LIGHT CREAM CHEESE. I get my bagel and it’s cold and looks like they just slapped on some cream cheese. On top of that it’s overpriced

This place is such an overpriced dump. Bagels are way short of sub par. Coffee is garbage. Kitchen workers look absolutely miserable and angry. Don’t recommend. If your taste buds were burnt off with a torch and you bit one of their bagels you’d still know it taste like trash.

My all time favorite place to eat in the morning, I absolutely recommend their Sausage Egg and Cheese on a Roll with Ketchup and a Strawberry Nesquik. Hot and fresh!

Parking: Tons of parking spots, especially in the morning.

Two things that always seem to stand out to me initially and the things I never forget, How I am treated and how was the food ? Both exceptionally pleasant. I'm not in this area much, but Gems HOB is definitely on my radar now. Hot Pastrami +Fried egg+ Provolone on Everything bagel + iced coffee reasonably priced too ?
