Awesome little gem with great food. My highlight was they had Spaten Octoberfest on tap which is one of my favorites! Bartender was awesome, patrons were friendly and lots of games on the TVs. Will definitely be back

Nice little bar, friendly, clean.... the burger was just average so don't go there if just for that. Go to drink, and meet nice people.

This was first time trying Hey Burger. I ordered through the slice app. The problem I had the food came cold and had to reheat in my air fryer. After reheating the food tasted pretty good but to me not the same if it was hot. I don’t blame the restaurant and will try again but stop in or pick up myself. The delivery person which is a third party and you can track showed they left and seemed to go all over. I live about 5 to 10 minutes tops away from restaurant. From the time the delivery person left to they got to my home was about 40 minutes. I asked the delivery person you get lost , oh know we went out then got there was another order then went back then went to other place then yours and we should of came to your place. You think ? I didn’t know it was cold until after they left and started opening up the food and I already left tip. Which sucks. Luckily I chatted with slice and told them what had happened and said it wasn’t restaurant’s fault it was delivery so they reimbursed me some of the money cause the food was cold. It really sucks cause I read all the good reviews and wanted to try it. Now I know better. Any other time I ordered on slice the restaurants delivered the food with their own drivers and I never had problem. First time I get a third party delivery for a restaurant off slice and have an issue with food being cold. I def will eventually try Hey Burger again in future but I rather stop by and sit in restaurant and order food and enjoy hot food and have a cold beer instead of ordering where this third party delivery, delivers my food cold.

I have traveled the world and eaten at all types of restaurants and have found that very rare sweet spot where great service, great food and reasonable price meet. Pete the bartender is a pro, the burgers are best in Monmouth county (sorry barnacle bills) and the fries are some of the best I have ever had. Yes it’s s dive bar but isn’t that where you want to enjoy a great burger. Bravo Hey burger!
