This place has some of the worse pizza that I"ve ever eaten, my husband and I went there to eat one afternoon. And the pizza was poorly made, it seems like someone just poured alot of tomato sauce on a very thin dough, when I went to pick the slice up it fell over because the crust was very thin. The young lady who works there has a nasty attitude. Not good for business. I won't eat there anymore.

This is the second review I ever wrote. I hate to even read bad reviews when the food is good but you should expect your order to be wrong if you order here. It’s right next to my house so I order from here occasionally. Last time I ordered from here it was a little late 8:00 and I ordered a large plain pie. They obviously re heated a pie that that had sitting out for walk in customers for hours and gave it to me (I was a pizza maker for 10 years) so I know the difference. They always get something wrong! If they had decent management this place could double their business. They are very inconsistent. My kids ask for their square pie sometimes but there are times they wont even eat it because it is made terrible and totally different than the previous time.So, you may get good food or you may get something you did not order.

I used to love this place!! The last few years have been abysmal failure EVERY TIME I try to order there...I'm done .. I always ask for well done which requires zero effort and it's always wrong?? Barely cooked... it's like they do it on purpose smh ..Vito must've retired..adios muchachos

I come here about once a week! Their chicken pesto bruschetta specialty sub is one of my favorite meals to eat, and the staff here is always friendly and remembers me! The serving size is also great for what you pay. I also recommend their pasta fagioli.

I just came in from Florida and Luigi’s use to be my favorite place. Tonight I ordered and it’s HORRIBLE. They didn’t even make it the way I asked for it! My poor mother won’t even eat now tonight. We got two subs! Now will find another place.
Ordered a pizza on the phone, went to pick up the pie and they had no record of the order. I thought maybe my husband called the wrong number, he called again while i waited in my car. The young woman said oh we can start a new ticket. I walked inside snd was told its almost done. I sat patiently for 30 minutes, no apology no acknowledgement of error. While paying I asked if I made an error in ordering that caused the problem and the older wan said gruffly “what problem?, you have your pizza all us good”. After 1.25 hours for a pizza with no apology, no niceness- Not happy

Last time we tried to order from your restaurant, the person answering your phones was more interested in arguing with whomever was behind the counter with her, then I gave up after being on hold for close to 10 minutes.Gave it another shot tonight, and whomever answered your phone was not friendly at all, I had to ask if I was even calling the right place...placed my order and was told an hour before delivery. Understandable.I asked for pizza fries with light sauce and crispy cheese. It looked like your "chef" put extra sauce and MOUNDS of half melted cheese. The chicken tenders I ordered were cold, as well as the fries underneath. Won't be ordering from your restaurant again.The best part of my experience with your company was the pleasant delivery driver.Do better. Or not, it doesn't matter to me because you won't be getting any more of my money.

I order a grilled chicken sandwich with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach provolone cheese on semolina bread and was very sick after I ate it was throwing up all night. Be careful what you order I’m a loyal customer and I was very disappointed the last few times I ordered from here.
