So what was an issue became a bigger issue. I called to let them know that we found two bugs that looked like roaches. And when I called the first time a lady said she was the manager and I explained the issue and she hung up on me. Second person picked up I explained what the first person did and then I told him what happened and then he cut me off and said that I was wrong and that it must have been another store and not there. That I called the wrong place. Then hung up on me. Called back and immediately 2as told if I called again the police would be involved. Horrible people need to be fired. Don't go here.
Annoyed. Ordered 2 mc chickens with only cheese and ketchup. They charge extra for the cheese. Then have me wait 10 minutes on the side. Only to get home and I have 1 with cheese and ketchup and mayo and lettuce , the other is plain with mayo and lettuce. I will go to Burger King next time.

My mom and I decided to treat ourselves to McDonald's on a Thursday afternoon, so we headed to the drive-thru. As we pulled up to the menu board, the mouthwatering images of burgers and fries made our stomachs growl in anticipation. However, when we placed our order, I requested fries without salt, which meant we would have to wait a little longer for them to be freshly prepared.
As we sat in line (we had to move to wait spot number 2), we couldn't help but feel a bit frustrated with the delay. We glanced out the window and noticed a kind-looking police officer chatting with the employees at the pickup window. His presence added a reassuring vibe to the scene, which was nice. After a few minutes of anticipation that felt like an eternity, my impatience began to set in.
Just then, an employee came out to our car with a warm smile, and she kindly explained the reason for the hold-up. It turned out that they were making the fries fresh to ensure they were perfectly crispy and hot for us! Once we understood, we felt a wave of guilt for our earlier irritation.
Soon after, we received our fresh fries and tasty burgers, and I couldn't help but feel grateful for the unexpected wait. Ultimately, it turned out to be a lovely experience, and I left McDonald's with a satisfied smile, eager to dig into my meal.

Always forget something or messes up order. Lady at the second drive through windows is rude.

This location has more âsystemâ issues than any other McDonaldâs Iâve been there 3 times in the past month while taking my son to an appointment, and twice that Iâve gone their âsystemâ was down. It seems to be specific to this location as the other location close by did not have any issues. Makes me wonder if it is a system issue or just them not knowing how to manage their time and get things done.

hashbrowns are always amazing. but really? Who decided to clean the frappe machine during breakfast hours on a Wednesday morning? between 6:30-7 am. like, you can't clean it when you know.... breakfast is over? like 11 pm?
Seriously they made me pay for food then back up into a spot and wait 10 minutes for a happy meal. Pretty interesting

Absolutely atrocious. This is what happens when you order 2 large fries. They take and split one large with 2 boxes. I shouldâve caught this at the store right away but they deceived and made it look as they should be, filled up! Workers knew what they were doing. Maybe bonuses to the manager that has the smallest expense report with the largest margins. Unless fries are now filled half the packaged this is crazy! Thousands of dollars spent annually at this location through the app. Unacceptable for the franchise owners. And they are cold!!! Haha to add insult to injury.

Intentionally served a poor quality burger and a half full medium fry with old hard ones on the bottom. Disrespectful and arrogant. These are the values being taught at this location.
