Today 1/6/26 I was at this location picking up my mobile order. Listen, the guy working the counter today deserves some serious recognition. He was running like a mad man, taking orders, helping people coming up to the counter for various things, running food to tables, and in the kitchen putting orders together. It was during a very busy, what I assume to be a lunch rush. I’m not sure if they were short staffed today or what (I hope this is the case because he was doing way more than what should be expected of one single person). He handled it so well and he was polite to everyone that was hounding for his attention. The poor guy didn’t even get a chance to breathe! While he was running food, someone was at the counter wanting to place an order. A female worker walked behind the counter and the man asked her if he could place an order. Her response was “I’m sorry I can’t take your order.” Instead she went and found the guy juggling a three person job to do it. I understand that maybe not everyone is trained for the register, but it just made me feel bad for the guy running around like his life depended on it. If the owner actually reads this and takes customer feedback into consideration, please give that man the praise he deserves. One other suggestion would be to maybe not have that be a one man job. Just because he handled it so well, doesn’t mean he should HAVE to!

Staff has an unbelievably hard time getting a simple order right. there's always somwthing missing, and going back to get it corrected they still miss something. Would be a lot more efficient if they had AI take the orders.

No straws. Two napkins, a hope, & a dream. Chicken nuggets so dry I had to dip it in my sweet tea. 0/10 experience but the drive thru lady was cute.

Order a Big Mac meal, they didn’t include the actual burger patty. All I got was the bread and Big Mac sauce!! Unreal!! Do better McDonald’s at Hazlet. This unacceptable!!

This is the cleanest most well managed McDonald's I've been to in a long time. I wouldn't normally review a fastfood restaurant because you just kinda get what you get these days unfortunately. This location clearly made an impression. Well done!

The drive through be so long sometimes and slow but they always on point! I get warm cookies all the time! Hot fries and freshly made breakfast. Sweet tea is always actually sweet with nice rich deep brown tea not watered down like so many McDonalds do in the north. Lots of parking, easy to find prices are getting out of hand…. Are we importing this food?😫😆

5th time here since I moved to the area. Pulled up just a couple minutes before closing and they still took care of me. Honestly some of the most hospitable, courteous staff I’ve seen at a McDonald’s. Jair (hope I’m spelling that right) always makes it a solid experience.
Never had any issues with this particular McDonald's. I'll pass others in order to patronize this location

So what was an issue became a bigger issue. I called to let them know that we found two bugs that looked like roaches. And when I called the first time a lady said she was the manager and I explained the issue and she hung up on me. Second person picked up I explained what the first person did and then I told him what happened and then he cut me off and said that I was wrong and that it must have been another store and not there. That I called the wrong place. Then hung up on me. Called back and immediately 2as told if I called again the police would be involved. Horrible people need to be fired. Don't go here.

Annoyed. Ordered 2 mc chickens with only cheese and ketchup. They charge extra for the cheese. Then have me wait 10 minutes on the side. Only to get home and I have 1 with cheese and ketchup and mayo and lettuce , the other is plain with mayo and lettuce. I will go to Burger King next time.
