I got a random roll to go with my tuna salad and it worked perfectly! Nice crust, light soft, fluffy innards. The cashier took my dirty cash money with her only gloved hand. (I hope she didn't bake it!) Service = One Star. đ§ââïž zombies are everywhere, regardless of the seasonđ§ââïž

Excellent service!..
Giving this a 5 star because I love the bakery, however the girls working at the front are clueless, I paid for my anniversary cake the other day and had the receipt they gave to me, front desk girl said that isnât a receipt and acted like we didnât pay, I had to go into my phone and show we paid for the cake when we ordered it. Iâve been a customer for years and would never stiff the money but next time I know to make sure to write paid in full on slip n receipt from them since the girl was very clueless today, the cakes are not cheap and no way Iâm paying 80 dollars for a cake that feeds 6 to 8 people

I know I realize weekends are the best time for a bakery, but even their biscotti selection where it was huge at one time that I remember was like nonexistent anyway the mini can always enlarge cannolis already filled in the case and they looked like they had a tinge of yellow. I asked the girl if she filled them today she said somewhere filled today some worried so I asked for a dozen of the mini cannolis half chocolate half regular, but please give me the ones that are filled today because I had an issue with this bakery years ago. I bought cannolis and they was so soft The shelves they were disgusting anyway she goes to get them then since she looks at me she goes you know what Iâll fill them myself for you so she did. She was very nice. Anyway it doesnât mini and I mean theyâre real mini cannolis was $36 insane Anyway when I got them home, the shells were awesome. Theyâre nice and crisp. The inside of the cannoli didnât taste like cream. I guess theyâre using skim milk or something and no Gotha for the filling I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever again. Go back there, but the young girl there was very nice and she did the right thing Unfortunately, what theyâre selling. There is disgusting and way way way overpriced. !!!!
We tried to use them for our wedding cake. They were rude from the initial call up until I tried to order our cake. They donât respond to emails and every call has been like pulling teeth. We ended up using Calandraâs bakery and they were a pleasure to work with!

This bakery was really amazing! I requested a lemon flavored cake for my fiancée and they were able to accommodate me, the flavor of the cake was fantastic. I decorated the cake myself and it was a huge hit for our party!

So nice to have a good quality bakery with friendly service instead of the all-too-common chain-store plasric.
Normandie has been one of our favorite local bakeries, the treats are always delicious and fresh. Last year we had asked if they could re-create the top layer of our wedding cake, and sent them our original cake. Not only does it look identical, but it tastes even better than where our wedding cake was originally from (a popular bakery in SI). We ordered the cake again this year, and again, they didnât disappoint! A yearly tradition thatâs much more convenient and super delicious! Highly recommend. I would definitely order cakes here for any occasion in the future!
Service horrible... stuff rude and nasty!

use real whipped cream on ur cakes and pies and not gross butter cream, put a few strawberries on top of the cake "not one" and put real strawberries and a quality filling in between layers of cake like most quality bakeries do and pay ur own vig to the credit card companies we have our own vig to pay of 28% we don't need to pay urs also and make it 31.9 %...
34.00 for a strawberry shortcake that my family in staten island wouldn't touch and sent it home with me not to mention the whole table of people making fun all night about New Jersey hillbillies don't know any better and think thats good cake, i lived in Brooklyn for 33 years, 13 years in staten island and 23 yrs in N.J. and there is no comparison to the quality of bakeries and pizza shops in staten island and Brooklyn, the cakes in shoprite and Costco are better then yours and 1/2 the price but i chose to buy two quality cakes from ur bakery not to look cheap and was very disappointed and embarrassed, i paid 68.00 for two cakes my family sent home with me, i suggest in ur free time to go and purchase a strawberry shortcake from 18th ave or court st in Brooklyn or even staten island and learn how to do it right,
i don't mind paying a high price for something good. its not all about looks and appearance it also has to taste delicious which it's far from....not only was it GROSS also a RIPOFF and a terrible waste of 68.00 + 2.00 tip
70 bucks for crap in a box x 2
I purchased strawberry shortcake
For $32.00 I should have gotten real whipped cream like in a Charlotte Russe not buttercream mix and filling should be real strawberry not a filling

I purchased and an éclair. When I got home I found they had both been frozen. After they thawed, they tasted stale.
