The food was bad, but the worst part is that you even have to heat your own food in a microwave. It's really strange because if you order something that's supposed to be hot, they should serve it hot for you to eat there. If they want total self-service, they shouldn't have any employees.

I ordered a new harvest medley chicken salad on Uber eats, and they delivered with no chicken. Paid extra for nothing. Disappointed.

Good place fffor a quick bite. The computer system is ineffective. Ordered a salad without wheat products and when I picked up order there were wheat noodles.

Placed an online order to pick up at drive thru waited a long time while 2 workers saw me and no one came to help me I even honked my horn to get their attention and contiguously got ignored, then finally a guy came to my attention after I had to keep on saying excuse me, then told me next time to pull up at the menu board with an attitude Very disappointed!!
We went there to have a meal indoors, ordered soup and sandwich, and we served in paper cups. A plastic spoon I can understand if it was to go order but it was obviously not a to go order the quality of the sandwich was horrible. Very small amount of meat on it and way too much tease to go with that meat. That’s all you tasted.
I have noticed the quality of this restaurant is going down. I hope they correct it otherwise I won’t be returning

Ordered our meal to eat there. We had soup and sandwich when it was served as the soup was put in a paper cup. I have the ciabatta beef dip. There was hardly any meat on it. i’m way too much cheese. We were served plastic spoons. I can understand if I was getting it to go, but I was eating it there. The service has gone down in this restaurant. Somebody needs to figure out why

Very disappointed, I selected the Take Two, cup of French Onion soup and a 1/2 of an Italian Market Salad. Please update the photo you have online of the salad or let me know if what I received was a mistake, they look nothing alike. Thank you for your time!!!!!
Update: I posted this review 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response. Very disappointed in the customer service at this local location and that there was absolutely no response from corporate!!! Horrible accountability and customer service!!!!!
Today my food was lost through door dash (no ones fault other than the first driver), and the Panera staff was more than accommodating. The manager was extremely personal with helping me receive my food (Steve <3) and the worker who directed me to him was super willing to help as well. The staff had to make the same order twice which was much appreciated on my end. All in all, they truly handled the experience with grace and im super grateful my stomach is now full because the food SLAPPED. Thank you for the adaptability, understanding, and kindness!

I am a long-time Panera Sip Club member. I don't often come to the Hazlet store as I'm equi-distant between the Old Bridge Shoppes store & this one. Since I'm going to Aldi to grocery shop, I figured I'd cone here for my morning Joe. Nope. Not anymore or ever again. I had half a cup of coffee from home before I filled up my own mug. (Half a cup #1). When I went to refill before leaving the store to go to Aldi, the manager wants to charge me for a cup of coffee because it's one cup every 2 hours. Mind you, I've gotten 'free' Sip Club refills at every other Panera. They're usually thankful that I bring my own travel mug. Not this one. Not this place. So NOPE. Not coming back & am warning you, too.

My 3-star rating has nothing to do with the people that work at this location. They’re all very nice and attentive. I just hate ordering on a touch screen kiosk when I first walk in. Ordering on a touch screen and then needing to talk to a worker about it immediately after anyways is so lame. Vibe killer.

Everything I come here the tuna salad is out. I will not be coming back here. I have to drive 30 minutes in order to get tuna. This is a constant issue that has not been resolved. Order more. Prepare more.

This is how you do Panera. Drink cups are ready at food pick up. Food is prepped on time and delicious. The layout is spacious and comfortable. A good place to chill with your laptop.

1st time ordering online. Had a good selection online but when I received my balsamic chicken I wasn't thrilled..not enough dressing and the bread was just tossed in the bag. 👎👎👎
