went there and blood pretzel dogs one day. had to wait a long time to get them and when I did get them they did not have the cheese in them but the other Philly pretzel factories do so I was highly disappointed that they weren't done right
Employees at this location are the bottom of the scum barrel. Staff is rude, incompetent, especially the manger. Corporate will be notified asap . Should have read reviews before going there. They have a bad reputation.
Absolutely awful customer service. Picked up a tray that was nothing but burn hot dog rivets & the manager “Nancy” was nothing but disrespectful. Her and her mouth. Over something that could’ve been an easy fix, she took it upon herself to say “f around and find out!” UNBELIEVABLE. Lost many customers now.
