I went on a weeknight to pick up pretzels for friends. Personally I’m not the biggest fan of this chain as a whole but the service was great and I was helped quickly.

I have been here a few times. All of which were to order for busy occasions (Super Bowl, World Series). On Super Bowl Sunday, it was very busy, and you weren't allowed to do online orders. It's understood because of the occasion it would take a little time for order processing. They had the staff to accommodate.
However, recently, I ordered a small rivet tray with two sauces. Ordered online for a pick-up time. Upon arriving for my pick up, the store was crowded and packed with people waiting for their orders. They were understaffed. They weren't checking orders. They were so behind that they were asking what you wanted and giving it to you without verification. The staff was trying their best, but they were overwhelmed. I will not use them for special sport events.

Everytime you place an order ahead of time, it is never ready at the time you are supposed to pick it up. 2 employees working here on a saturday night during halloween party season is not enough.

Friendly staff and delicious pretzels! I usually only get these on special occasions… the prices are not worth it for the smaller sizes. Just get the bucket! Freeze the leftovers and reheat… make sure to take the lid off when they’re hot so they don’t get soggy.

I ordered platter of pretzels to be ready for pick up at 2. They were paid in advance. The person who helped me was very helpful gave me all the information my son in law would need to pick up the order. When my son in law got there the next day to pick up the order it wasn’t ready. They were nasty, they told him they got a bigger order from DoorDash n bumped my order. He had to wait 20 mins for the order. They gave him the order never apologized or anything. I doubt I use this place again. I can make these pretzels n make my own platter for now on. This wasn’t the first time I had an issue with this store but it will be the last

Travelled to meet family and came across the Hazlet location. Tried to order 50 pretzels. Normal businesses are happy for business right? Not this one! Lady working gave major attitude that 24 hours notice wasn’t given. Literally couldn’t have been more rude. Nothing short of nasty. Said thanks but no thanks and walked out.

Talk about dropping the ball! For some reason on Super Bowl Sunday a decision was made not to accept online orders. So instead of the company having pre-paid orders and know when they need to get them in the oven, they only took walk-in orders. The staff was overwhelmed, and after waiting up to an hour for our orders, customers were frustrated and aggravated waiting outside on a rainy winter day. This should have been a no walk-in day and the staff and supplies would have been ready. D minus.

The lady who works there is extremely disrespectful and rude. I honestly have never seen anything like it. I love their pretzels and ordered from the Eatontown location for years and never had an issue. We recently moved to Hazlet and this is my second experience witnessing the poorest customer service ever. I'm actually disappointment in myself giving them another try after seeing what I saw the first time. This is my first poor review ever and that's because I'm so disgusted with her attitude, disrespect, and demeanor.

The hot dog pretzel was really bad. The inside just had raw dough. And it wasn’t just one. Both of our hotdogs were just as bad as the other.
