This is the only Pizza Hut in this area, so I definitely want this one to stay! I order here atleast once a month I feel, and I never have a problem when I pick my order up. I very rarely have to wait for my food, & it is always delicious! I definitely dont see how this place has gotten such bad ratings, as I never have had any issues here since it opened up. I will definitely keep coming here to pick up my pizza late night and for game day.

This is the worst pizza place. They used a dasher to deliver the pizza. Since we were playing cash, she came to the house and cursed at me saying she had to pay for the pizza when she picked it up at Pizza Hut. But when she came to the house with the pizza we gave her the money for the pizza plus tip. Then when I tried to call Pizza Hut and ask them why they don’t explain to the driver that they will get paid back for the pizza when they delivered it, I kept getting the call center and not the Pizza Hut in hazlet. So I won’t ever order here again because the company is so rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I always order from family owned pizza places and I wanted to try something different. It was a mistake, so order local everyone and don’t waste your money on Pizza Hut.

I placed my order through the site; they use doordash for delivery. I kept tracking my order, which never showed up. When I contacted Pizza hut I was told the driver said I wasn't home. When I spoke with them again the story changed, I was told the driver said that I canceled my order. Meanwhile, I still had a pending charge on my card. Hence my review for very poor service.

They say they deliver but then after the order is placed you get a text that they partner with doordash..then you get a notice that the doordash driver is making additional stops before they deliver your order..result is that your order is sitting in the doordash car getting cold.. I have never ordered pizza that wasn't delivered directly by the pizza place! If Pizza Hut is going to use doordash then they should post it that way

Currently sitting inside waiting in line with 9 other people, watching one single employee do all of the work. Are there no other employees? Or a manager to help support? It’s the first football Sunday, and only one person working is crazy. Then you have all the DoorDash orders on top of it. Shame on whoever is the manager of this location letting your employee struggle like this.

I ordered 3 personal pan they put them in one box and did not cut them. My wings was siting in the warmer wide open and given to me without an attempt to close them. The sauce on the wings is very minimum. I had to end up making my own.

Pizzas taste better than Domino's. Not too salty and dough is slightly more crispy. I never feel thirsty after eating their pizzas. I usually order online or through the app and never had any issues.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Pizza Hut in Hazlet! Lillian, the employee who helped me, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. While my food was being prepared, we had a lovely conversation about her kids and grandkids and she made me feel right at home.
The food was just as memorable. My pan pizza was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of classic Pizza Hut flavor I was craving. It fully hit the spot.
This location is a gem, not only because it’s one of the few Pizza Huts left in the area, but because it offers the kind of customer service and food quality that’s hard to come by these days. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Lillian!

Terrible experience. Owners were horrible to me and my family. Fire beware eat at your own risk. Completely forgot about my children's allergies. Asked to speak to the store manager and they said they were actually the owner. Terrible service

Ordered a regular pie with breadsticks and cinnamon buns last night. Pizza was flat and looked leftover from a few hours ago. Disgusting. Never again.
