Having over 10+ years of management for one of americas top fast food restaurants I believe I know a few things about hospitality or so… walked in and asked a few questions about the new drinks and was responded with some attitudes over my curiosity. Overall the first cashier was nice and inviting but the second cashier was very condescending and rude towards my questions regarding the two new items. Some of the staff is great but there’s 2, 1 being manager there that seem to have had an issue with the color of my skin. Short rude service that I attempted to address. Won’t be going back there. Middletown is way nicer aways

One of the few Starbucks that I’ve been to which are consistent with their drinks / how they’re made. Never get a bad pour. Very loud atmosphere if you’re looking to sit and do work it’s tough.

I don't like this location because it's next to a smoke shop. Like who puts a coffee shop next to a smoke shop. You must be crazy to do that. The location on Route 34 is better. Go to that one. The service is okay, and the coffee shop is clean.

Staff are always kind here and have never had an issue. My issue is the fact that a Venti oatmilk shaken espresso costs $7.20 after tax. Sorry but that’s disgustingly ridiculous even for the price of a specialty drink. Completely sick. Especially when the drink is full of ice. $5.50-$6 would be reasonable for the price of drink. This just shows how greedy this corporation is and continues to increase the prices due to corporate greed. The only time I ever bother getting Starbucks now is if I’m given a gift card or if the app does a coupon.

I honestly have wanted to like this location, since it’s a nice atmosphere and convenient spot, but it’s been WILDLY inconsistent since it opened. Today was my last straw. I ordered a venti cinnamon dolce latte—my favorite drink—as is, and I swear they put espresso and milk in a cup and called it a day. There was no hint of syrup or sweetener, they didn’t put whipped cream or topping, and the kicker: it was maybe 3/4 of the way filled. Absolutely horrendous. Train your staff, or hire better.

The drinks taste like water. We have to ask them to change and they show attitude. We didn’t want more problems so we had to make new orders.

Actually had to lower my score noticed I been getting cheated at this location I get a venti brown sugar and it seems that there's only one or 2 employees that make it correctly this is unacceptable with prices these days not to mention they are suppose to put 4 shots of espresso in the venti and that never happens after buying the same coffee for years u would think they would have enough commonsense to know as a consumer that we would notice the difference lol . But I guess not corporate needs to take a look at there quality control if they want to charge almost $7 for a cup of coffee . So sad I actually started making it home myself . I only go there now for half off days because at least then when they make it completely wrong it's not to terrible. I'd just like my coffee as advertised is that to much to ask for?
