Rude manager (Shes not here at the time im writing this review). Music is always BLASTING.This is a starbucks, not a rave. but sometimes I fear management doesnt understand that. I have wrath. When I ask to turn the music down, they refuse (and I do so EVERY SINGLE TIME I AM HERE). Music wont stop from the pictured corner.

By far the rudest Starbucks workers ever encountered. You wait on the longest line possible that moves a miles a minute. To get to the window and stare at your order only to be acknowledged at minimum, 3 minutes after you pull up. This is the line problem. And can’t believe I’m even writing a Starbucks review but this place is so terrible it deserves one

Having over 10+ years of management for one of americas top fast food restaurants I believe I know a few things about hospitality or so… walked in and asked a few questions about the new drinks and was responded with some attitudes over my curiosity. Overall the first cashier was nice and inviting but the second cashier was very condescending and rude towards my questions regarding the two new items. Take my feedback as 2cents So that it reflects your business in a positive way. Starbucks drinks 🍹 never fail well done on my lemonade and frappe

Some of the staff is great but there’s 2, 1 being manager there that seem to have had an issue with the color of my skin. Short rude service that I attempted to address. Won’t be going back there. Middletown is way nicer aways

One of the few Starbucks that I’ve been to which are consistent with their drinks / how they’re made. Never get a bad pour. Very loud atmosphere if you’re looking to sit and do work it’s tough.

I don't like this location because it's next to a smoke shop. Like who puts a coffee shop next to a smoke shop. You must be crazy to do that. The location on Route 34 is better. Go to that one. The service is okay, and the coffee shop is clean.

Staff are always kind here and have never had an issue. My issue is the fact that a Venti oatmilk shaken espresso costs $7.20 after tax. Sorry but that’s disgustingly ridiculous even for the price of a specialty drink. Completely sick. Especially when the drink is full of ice. $5.50-$6 would be reasonable for the price of drink. This just shows how greedy this corporation is and continues to increase the prices due to corporate greed. The only time I ever bother getting Starbucks now is if I’m given a gift card or if the app does a coupon.

I honestly have wanted to like this location, since it’s a nice atmosphere and convenient spot, but it’s been WILDLY inconsistent since it opened. Today was my last straw. I ordered a venti cinnamon dolce latte—my favorite drink—as is, and I swear they put espresso and milk in a cup and called it a day. There was no hint of syrup or sweetener, they didn’t put whipped cream or topping, and the kicker: it was maybe 3/4 of the way filled. Absolutely horrendous. Train your staff, or hire better.
