Jersey mikes is way better. The ingredients clearly aren’t fresh here and the meat to bread ratio is horrible. The only good thing was the cookie.

called subway to ask a simple question, the experience was horrible. a man answered the phone on the last ring, and from the moment he picked up he sounded completely clueless and unprepared to help. i tried to be polite and said “okay, thank you”, but before i could even finish, he cut me off and hung up the phone. the attitude was disrespectful and honestly disgusting. not how customers should be treated, especially when they’re calling with a straightforward question. very unprofessional.

My wife and I went for lunch the other day. The service was excellent the sandwiches looked good and tasted as good as they looked. Just wished they had soup.

No wrap. Subway decided to discontinue. Do not care for new flatbread. HATE PEPSI. Have been going to subway every week when on the road for over 25 years. Do not intend to use subway any more
I usually don’t leave reviews but I just want to warn anyone. The owners of this subway are VERY greedy and care only about maximum profit. This location does NOT participate in any of the coupons offered online. Whether you have the physical coupon or even when you attempt to order from the app using a promo code or award. They do not put enough cheese or sauce in their products either. I HIGHLY do not recommend. Go to Englishtown NJ or the East Brunswick NJ subway instead. Those locations will be worth your hard earned money.

On August 9th I cancelled a take out order going to the wrong address. I was charged $40.03. I received a text from the worker that my order was cancelled as well as her photo and the voided receipt. My bank did not credit my account a refund because it was reported by Subway that the order was not cancelled. I provided the voided receipt to Subway and was told that they could not help me. I have been trying to address this issue for months with no success. The red tape and refusal to return money not belonging to them is a horrible business practice as such, I did report this to the Better Business Bureau.
I order Subway often online cause I don’t like to wait and it’s usually a 50 dollar plus order! Everytime I go to pick it up it’s never ready or even started! The same woman all the time in the pm shift always screws it up or messes it up! I never say anything cause I honestly don’t want to get anyone in trouble but last night I did my online order and this time when I went to pick it up she had given it away to someone else! I asked for a refund and was told they don’t do it in the store! I called the next morning and was told the owner is never there and probably won’t get a refund! Absolutely ridiculous I will never use that subway in the Burlington shopping center again!

The employees are very nice but the owner who is the husband and wife are greedy on the ingredients. Requested for extra sauce and opened the sandwich to find nearly dry and extremely empty sandwich. DONT ORDER HERE IF YOU WANNA GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH!!!

I got the skimpiest sub ever!
It lacked filling. There may have been two slices of ham in the center of the sandwich but the ends of the sub had no meat nor cheese (only bread).
How do they stay in business?
