Placed 2 mobile orders and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When we got to the ordering screen, we stated we had two mobile orders and they said they could only take one order at a time. All we wanted was to pick up our mobile orders, that they already had. They made us drive around and wait again in the long line. Always do two separate mobile orders and every other taco bell is accommodating about it and very friendly. These people were just rude and definitely dont belong in customer service.

The way this taco bell prepares their food should be how every taco bell prepares... Tacos full of beef cheese and lettuce burrito nearly wrapped and full.. most Taco Bells slop it all together but I gotta admit I was impressed and satisfied

Pretty much always good and consistent but PLEASE STOP MESSING UP MY BURRITOS! Lol!
The ratios are so off, it’s like 95% refried beans. Today I even requested no beans, still ended up with a burrito full of refried beans. I’ll often pay extra for rice and end up with no rice, it can be a bit frustrating.
This place is the worse. It shouldn't be in business. Noone cares. I just watched 8 people leave because noone is at the cash register

Swung by in military garb between funerals and a ceremony up north. The cashier promptly saw the camouflage and gave me my meal on the house for Veterans Day, which was incredibly generous ?
The food itself was DIVINE, even as I scarfed it all down on the Parkway during rush hour.

I’m not sure what happened to this location, they used to be great… the past couple times I’ve come here I’ve had to wait 20-30 mins for just 2-3 food items. I usually order vegetarian items, tonight I got a black bean grilled cheese burrito and after waiting a half hour, driving back home, I started eating it and they gave me beef! I’m really disappointed, this location is not the same as it used to be, now I would recommend avoiding this Taco Bell location.
