Speaking from a native point of view, UJ is probably as close to authentic tasting (cooking techniques, sauces etc) for Chinese American cuisine. For a local take out place it's great. Much better than any other places we have tried around us. If I don't feel like driving 30 minutes to our favorite places, UJs is our go to.
