I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had to make an exception for this place. I've given it tons of chances over the years, but every time I get a scoop of ice cream here, it's freezer-burned. Like... you're Baskin Robbins, literally all you do is sell ice cream. Stop mistreating your ice cream.

I went in and bought a cake there and it had no expiry date whatsoever then I phoned in and the lady told me we throw out cakes after 1 week don’t worry. Then after a few days another guy called me and said our cakes can even last one month in the fridge no problem. So disappointed I wasted $19 on the cake. Not buying there again.

Absolute worst place to order anything from. I ordered a cake and it came out completely wrong, and when I asked for them to fix it they said that it is not their problem and they will not be providing a refund. Unacceptable

The store service guy was super weird. I asked for tasting one of the flavors before buying and he said outright no.I am still thinking how can you try different flavors without tasting them first.

Sonia made us a spectacular beautiful ice cream cake for a special occasion. She is the best.
This place is kosher only. The reason it gets 3 stars is because nowhere does it actually say that until you get to the counter to find out something you want is not made because of that. They were very friendly about it and I just moved on to the next one

A bare-minimum store sharing space with a Dunkin', this B&R had a disappointingly small selection of flavors and products. The fellow staffing it when we visited was surly and borderline rude. Although the ice cream was tasty we are unlikely to return.

The large chocolate fudge milkshake that I got from them was terrible. Interestingly the main ingredient in it was water. Do not order a 32 oz because they seem to try to fill the cup with water instead of actual milkshake... Very disappointed
