Oh my God so many negative reviews about the customer service and I am here to second that. The older Asian guy needs to be understanding to his customers. He can manage things well but someone needs to tell him to not to be that sharp with customers.

Asian server is abrasive and rude. Please avoid this Carvel like the plague in Highland Park, NJ. My advice find another place. I hope main headquarters sees this review and make changes quickly. Kids should not see or experience this type of behavior. If there was a Negative star I would have given.
