I had the pastrami rueben at the Dish Cafe today. I was extremely disappointed. It was terrible. Dried out and tasteless. It looked like some kind of jerky. However the server was great and courteous. I noticed some restaurants are really going down with their quality of food.

Very unprofessional I went there the other day I ordered sausage eggs and home fries had onions in it I sent it back they gave me French fries instead I like my home fries plain no onions no green pepper

This used to be the place to go to get amazing breakfast and lunches, but after Covid it went under new management. Menu changed a bit, and food went south. From hard to cut pancakes to burgers made from “beef meat”. Refills for tea and coffee are limited to one free refill. The food is mediocre at best when it’s good, and almost inedible when it’s bad. Prices are okay tho.

I recently had a delightful experience at Dish Cafe in Highland Park, New Jersey. The wait staff was incredibly attentive, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The coffee was exceptional, perfectly complementing the crisp bacon that accompanied my fresh eggs and short stack of pancakes. A wonderful spot for a satisfying breakfast!
