I ordered a double scoop ice cream because I liked how the presentation looked in the image they have in the Baskin Robbins area. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo of their ice cream display. The image they have for the public is two scoops of ice cream, one of them. chocolate and another strawberry with topping and Chantilly cream and a cherry, served in a transparent cup or glass, here I attach a photo of what they sold me followed by another photo that I hoped my order would be like, they have misleading advertising.

There's allot of space in this Dunkin and it's attached to a Baskin Robins. They have a unique selection of seasonal icecream. I think there should be deals with Baskins. Like buy a coffee, get ice cream 50% or something. I think people forget baskins is there. Baskin was also in south amboy location, but it was removed.

Every time, we’ll let me correct this most of the times I go there they forget something, or give me something wrong and almost all the time I go there’s a wait.I ordered just today 3 donuts and hash brown crispyThey gave me 5 soggy has browns. I called no answer. I couldn’t turn around bc I didn’t check til I got on the highway and was running late for work so couldn’t turn around.The other day I asked for hibiscus tea and on the cup it said I had a hibiscus tea on the tag so moving quickly for work like I am most mornings I didn’t check.It was regular tea w no sugar.This is just speaking of two occasions.They mean well just don’t always do well.

The great thing about this place is that they also sell ice cream. Not all locations sell ice cream. It's great to have an additional option to buy ice cream with my glazed donut. There's always at least 3 people working at a time. Therefore, the service is efficient and the orders come out correctly. However, they need to spend time cleaning the tables.

The staff was incredibly rude. I was placing a large order, and for half of what we ordered, he acted very annoyed like it was inconvenient that I asked for this tosted or that without cheese. He didn't hear me for one item so we didn't receive it and I needed to go back. I needed to go back a second time because one of the coffees needed more milk, and first she opened it and asked where she should put it, and after I suggested maybe pour some out, she was like, what you want it cold? Very rude.
