spent almost every day this week there studying for my boards. great atmosphere, super friendly staff and good vibes. food and coffee very yum. comfy seats for studying. vegan options too:)

Amazing eatery for quick bites. We always get the coffee and the pistachio latte. The Greek spinach twist pie and the sweets are amazing. Wish there are more places like this near Woodbridge.

Delicious Food But Uncomfortable Service Experience

I stopped by this restaurant for the first time after hearing great things. I’ll start by saying the food really lived up to the hype. Everything I ordered was fresh, well seasoned, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was also lovely clean, nicely decorated and not too loud. At first, I thought I’d found a new favorite spot.

But what really threw me off was the customer service, specifically from one of the staff members named Zina. From the moment I walked in, her energy felt off. She didn’t smile, didn’t greet me, and throughout the meal, she seemed like she just didn’t want to be there. I asked a simple question about the menu and the response was short and kind of rude. It honestly made me feel like I was bothering her just by being there.

Even when I left there was no thank you or have a nice day. Just a blank stare as I walked out. It’s hard to explain, but the whole interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. I’ve worked in customer service before, so I get that people have off days but it really felt like I wasn’t welcome.

It’s a shame because the food was amazing and the place has a lot of potential. I just wish the service had matched the experience coming from the kitchen.

I come almost everyday, it’s a perfect place to study!! The coffee is amazing, David makes the best coffee and is very kind. Love going here for brunch and coffee!! Customer service 10/10!!!

Nice and interesting coffee shop/bakery/mart, with nice pastries, both from local and directlyfrom Greece. Atmosphere is cozy, service is generally nice, minus 1 star for certain worker(s) works without thinking and very slow.

Local gem! Lovely and authentic Greek place, with delicious pastries, tasty omelettes, yummy bread, good coffee and a wide-variety of groceries to choose from. Highly recommended.

Found this place on too good to go and am so glad I did!! The pastries I received were delicious and still warm!! I was looking at their coffee selection as well and will definitely be getting one of their lattes the next time I am in HP.

I love this place. The food and pastries are great. A wonderful spot to relax, hang out, meet, and even make new friends. The staff is so warm and welcoming. I made my first friends in Highland Park here at Ellinikon, and they made me feel at home. Special thanks to Geo for her kindness, openness, and genuine warmth, which made my visits feel extra special. Thank you, everyone; I appreciate your kindness :)

Just stopped in the other day for the first time and was so impressed I went back again today. Amazing coffee, food, and atmosphere at good prices. Service is fast and very friendly. Was also very hapy that I haven't had a problem finding parking given it is right on the main street. Highly recommend! Will be coming back as regularly as I can.
