I ordered Vanilla Ice Cream and three drinks around 8:20pm on Wednesday July 2 and this is experience: I never got a notification that my order was ready. So I went inside and found a melting Ice cream cup on the counter (see image). Notice that they didn't even put a spoon or a cup sleeve. Both employees kept looking at my direction and didn't bother to at least hand me a spoon or a napkin. The lady with braids put three drinks on the counter and I had to assume it was my order because she didn't even call the order number. I understand customer service is not easy but there is no reason to be treating people like this. (I even tip, something that I regret doing because these two don't deserve it) This will be my last time coming here.

Was just there yesterday,, While the drinks were great the way that what seemed like the manager there treats the workers is totally inhumane and unreasonable, the manger was clapping in the workers faces to hurry while doing nothing her self it’s totally crazy , will never come here again I can’t support that .

the drinks were amazing but why is the outside the same temperature when i walk into the store. i cant even imagine how the workers feel considering the fact that they have deep friers in the back.

I love the mango slushie and spicy chicken poppers. It’s a must to try. I work across the street and we always order here during lunch. Affordable and very nice employees
