Had a Fantastic experience with customer service, as i was looking for some suggestions on a fairly large order for a kids class presentation. The owner and her staff member, who was on a break, kept giving great suggestions as to how to best package the items i was thinking about. The cookies and pastries were very tasty, a total hit with the school! --- Will be coming back for more for sure.

Needed bagels for a work meeting and wanted to provide kosher bagels to support dietary choices of my coworkers. We ordered 24 assorted bagels and 3 1/2-pound cream cheese containers. All my coworkers loved them and it was nice to include everyone! The bagels were fresh and super soft. The order was ready when I picked them up and everything went smoothly.

This place has a very toxic work environment for the employees and customers.The woman who sits on her chair and yells at customers who are not Jewish presenting. I came in and as a women of color haven’t been treated this way in any establishment in my life I should have read the reviews about this place. The women was very nice to other Jewish people inside the bakery even was asking this young man who was Jewish where he was from because she never seen him around town before and was very friendly to him but as soon as it was my turn she turned evil is how I think of the situation she yelled at me asking what did I want I proceeded to tell her 3 times twice to her directly than she made her employee stop what they were doing to make them come over and ask me the third time what I wanted then yelled at her employees and then at me that I needed to goto another line for cream cheese and proceeded to be little me and even her employees like I should know not to come to the register and order every thing right then and there mind you this place is small inside . I feel horrible for the people who have to work in such a high stress miserable work place. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to be insulted and treated like you’re not human.

The woman that was running the register was extremely rude to her coworkers. If this is the owner, she should be ashamed. It is completely inappropriate to dress down your co-workers in front of customers. She kept saying the same accusations over and over, the man didn't even respond to her abusive behavior.

We have Used Mordys To cater our son’s bar mitzvah, and the food was fresh and delicious.
The bagels were one of the best ones we’ve ever had. The platters looked beautiful. The ordering process and the help with figuring out quantities was pleasant and helpful.
Happy with our experience.
Definitely will use again for a next event. Highly recommend.
