I find it hard to believe I have not argued this place, maybe they changed businesses or owners and my old review is there. Which I can totally own because when I originally started coming here it was just sultan wok and now it is sultan wok/ Asian Express. This is my top choice spot for Chinese takeout locally. To the point where when they are closed and I want Chinese takeout, I just wait until they're open and get something else. My go-to is the general tso is chicken, with which I like to treat myself for lunch when I am working from home. Is this the best Chinese food I've ever eaten, I don't know. Does it satisfy the craving when I have it, absolutely. I would say there are days when I think their food is particularly better than others, without rhyme or reason, but I do tend to find their food tends to be better more often than it's not. Not. I also like when general tso chicken has a nice crunch to it and they tend to have better chicken than other places. I don't think I've ever had it and it'd be soggy unless I'm reheating it which does not count. The woman there tends to be very friendly. Who takes the orders, they have to have a system that gives the name of the customer because she always knows my name and greets him with a hello Mike when she answers the phone. Now if I ordered more regularly I could totally see her knowing my name. However, I do not order frequently enough for her to know who I am, which makes me think they have to have some sort of system. Either way it's nice or is she just that good at her job. All in all, I don't think you can go wrong. Getting takeout from here. I've tried some other spots in town with high recommendations and have been sorely disappointed. I hate soggy chicken and I've never gotten soggy chicken from here.

For the price, this place got takeout that's worth your money. Especially with the sushi.
Food and service is always great. Delivered within 35 minutes normally. Food portions are great, even when you order chicken and broccoli or beef in broccol. I feel that other locations always tend to send less of the protein and more broccoli. Broccoli is normally still crunchy. Sultan Wok is our go to for sure. General Tso, Sweet and sour chicken, lo mein and spare ribs - delicious.

So, this place used to be my go-to for delivery for work lunches and at-home dinners. They have a good variety of bentos, Thai, Chinese, and Asian selections. I ordered at least twice a week. Then, one day, their delivery man/driver yelled at me for not tipping him enough, I let it go but he did it repeatedly. He has a miserable attitude. When delivering to me at work, I don't even ask him to enter the building and come to my floor, or my office area. I simply come down and meet him at the door to the lobby to make it easy for HIM. Then, he would sit in his car and wait for me to approach it to get my order - even in the rain. Are you kidding me? And if this guy's miserable attitude wasn't enough, I decided to scrutinize my bills only to find that I am charged a delivery fee AND a service charge in addition to the price of entrees, tax, and driver tip. There might even be a packaging fee in addition to those, and I'm not sure if they have jumped on the "credit card fee" bandwagon now. As a rule, I don't pay businesses to do business with me, so if there's a cc fee, I simply go elsewhere. That's the establishment's cost of doing business and not the customer's responsibility. And I don't pay packaging fees particularly if they are a takeout restaurant!!! This is getting out of control now. I get that Grub Hub and DoorDash and those services need to make money so they jack up the restaurant's prices, but then their delivery and subsequent fees are exorbitant on top of it. The customer sometimes ends up paying TWICE the price of their food!! But Sultan Wok? They deliver their own product and they are a takeout venue. I'll miss them, but I'm done with this nonsense. Oh, and let me add that their styrofoam soup container, which used to be at least 8 ounces, is now served in styrofoam cup that is used primarily for condiments - 2 ounces. STOP FLEECING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!
