Fresh Bistro offers an amazing culinary experience with artisanal flavors and fresh, off-the-charts delicious food. The staff is friendly, making it a hidden gem that is a must-visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and sometimes loud, but everyone is having a great time. Specialties like cod and clam dish with tomato based broth and sweet chili glazed pork chop are highly recommended. The restaurant also serves a perfect bruchetta with a hint of rosemary. The food is delicious and the service is amazing. The chef knows what he’s doing. The restaurant was almost empty around 6:30 and picked up around 7:30/8. The Lobster Carbonara and the Pappardelle allá Norma were phenomenal dishes. The tiramisu is amazing.
