We love dining at Fresh! Last night was no exception! The Chilean seabass was fabulous. All the dishes were excellent, but I think my seabass was the standout. We were disappointed that they were sold out of the carrot cake, but we tried the pistachio cheesecake and it was terrific too! All the desserts are made in house, which is rare these days. Our server Erika was efficient, non-intrusive and very helpful with suggestions. And of course, Fernando has been there forever and...
Inside was so loud you couldn’t possibly have a conversation with the person next to you, so they sat us outside, which was much better. We were told upon sitting that the kitchen was 30 minutes behind. Our waitress was terrible. She was rarely outside and when she was she was inattentive and didn’t ask how anything was or if we needed anything. She seemed to have disappeared when our food was delivered for so long that my father had to get up and go ask someone...
The food is very good but service leaves something to be desired. It's a small space and very cramped and is extremely loud. Service is very slow. That said, the staff is very nice and accommodating. The delicious food and excellent quality keeps us coming back despite less than ideal volume in the main dining room
