I was there yesterday morning and ordered 2 egg and cheese breakfast wraps. As I was waiting, I got my lottery tickets. After I got my tickets, I went to get my order and it was gone, they gave it to someone else. I had to wait for them to make me it again, and I was late for work.

I usually do not come to this location for a reason they never get my order correctly but as the one on 130 is closed for remodel this location was my only option, I ordered a bacon egg n cheese, i received 2 tiny slices of bacon & no cheese, it was mainly there egg slice on bread which is nasty.

I usually get my food order well, made a mistake when ordering and a staff member got defensive when I tried to reorder. She ignored me when I asked kindly if it’s possible to reorder. They then gave me a matcha latte when I asked for a normal matcha drink. Messed up my mood in the morning?

My complaint is directed to the owner of this place. This day I had a bad experience. This place served me with A BOY and he was answering his cell phone while he was serving me. Apparently he was talking to a relative (with his mother I ordered him a French vanilla, a vanilla beans Two old fashions, and a strawberry donut. In the end he ended up removing the two old fashions from the order and I told him that the 2 old fashions were missing and he replied that I had told him I didn't want them, so I ended up ordering the girl who works With him he finished serving me because the person who was going to leave left the premises. Terrible attention as long as he is still there I will not return to this premises again.
I come here almost daily and I am always happy to see the employees who really go above and beyond with how helpful and courteous they always are. Shout out to Nikki, she's the best!
