Today I witnessed a guy being harassed by a Caucasian male employee from this Dunkin! The employee didn’t even have the correct info he thought he had and what u should never do is approach someone and threaten them! Over a “stray” animal! The other guy was black and let’s be honest that’s a pretty “BRIGHT” area and who would’ve been to blame if things went left? The black male ? The black male was super calm but still made sure that the male employee and his FEMALE TOY/CO-worker were corrected! I was outside since the black guy first came up and he waited on the police/animal rescue. I personally feel as though that “couple” that works there should be fired because the black guy asked the female employee to back him up because she knew the truth! She act as if she didn’t. The male employee for Dunkin got very aggressive with the black male. Thank GOD he held his composure! Those two/that couple should be ASHAMED!

Our go-to spot. I wish I knew the names of the employees here. With no exaggeration, EVERYONE is kind, professional, friendly, and efficient. We drive 30 minutes to go out of our way to come here. Service is excellent and the quality of food and drinks are great.
We have been here mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Every single person here is incredibly professional and hospitable to us. They all deserve a raise.

I absolutely love this Dunkin!!! Every staff member is great, friendly, happy and overly polite!! The store is always clean! Never a long wait! And as a daily customer these employees never disappoint! As a former Dunkin store manager for 6 years, I would have to state that this Dunkin is beyond one of your top stores in the chain!!

My drink was made to Perfection but I was very disappointed to see that a medium cost over a dollar more at this location than my usual location. The people behind the counter were fine and everything else seemed fine but the price is a little ridiculous

I was there yesterday morning and ordered 2 egg and cheese breakfast wraps. As I was waiting, I got my lottery tickets. After I got my tickets, I went to get my order and it was gone, they gave it to someone else. I had to wait for them to make me it again, and I was late for work.

I was in there yesterday 9/4 to buy 2egg and cheese breakfast wraps and my order was given to someone else. I ordered the wraps, went to get my lottery tickets and when I went over to pick up my order, it wasn't there. I had to wait for a new order and I was late for work.

I usually do not come to this location for a reason they never get my order correctly but as the one on 130 is closed for remodel this location was my only option, I ordered a bacon egg n cheese, i received 2 tiny slices of bacon & no cheese, it was mainly there egg slice on bread which is nasty.
