I usually get my food order well, made a mistake when ordering and a staff member got defensive when I tried to reorder. She ignored me when I asked kindly if it’s possible to reorder. They then gave me a matcha latte when I asked for a normal matcha drink. Messed up my mood in the morning?

I come here almost daily and I am always happy to see the employees who really go above and beyond with how helpful and courteous they always are. Shout out to Nikki, she's the best!

Well the place looks nice and clean but when I ordered a head on the app none of the orders were going through to this location. A very nice young woman named Nikki looked at my order on my phone and made it for me. She did a great job and while she was trying to take care of my order she was on the phone trying to help all these other stores get staff. She's not even the manager and she was going above and beyond. I would like to give her some recognition and also some help...
