Man that looks like Santa working this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE..never returning.
I go to coffee shops up and down the eastern US. I have a standard order, large iced honey latte. I prefer to go to shops that roast their own beans or at least use local suppliers. The gentleman Tuesday Morning 10/22/24 was not chatty or over the top friendly, but I’m from the south so my impression could be more cultural. Regardless of how jovial he was or was not before I’m even up to the counter he is starting to pull a shot of espresso. My time felt very valued. More importantly the latte was EXCELLENT. It was perfectly smooth, not acidic or burned. I was done with it by the time I had made it to the other side of downtown and wanted to go back to order another.
I will definitely be back.

Fresh coffee
By far the best coffee in the Princeton Junction area, and I’ve tried it all. It feels like drinking a high end cup from NYC, with baristas who obviously really know what they’re doing. Their decaf Americanos (with actual crema because they know how to make them here) are absolute heaven. I’m so damn glad to have them in the neighborhood. My only wish is that they were open later, as they close at 3pm most days, but I will happily take what I can get haha.

The coffee is incredible, the best I ever tried anywhere.
Pastries are okay. Baristas are the best.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The old guy making the drinks did not even greet when I walked in. There was also some man sitting in the front of the shop creepily eyeing people as they would walk in. The guy making the coffee had an attitude when you ask him a question and was using expired milk. The coffee tasted sour, honestly the worse coffee shop I have ever been to. Don’t go here unless you want to feel sick.
The worst coffee shop I have been to in my life. The worker was rude from the beginning(older man with hat) and gave attitude. The coffee was utterly disgusting and had expired milk in it. He was squeezing the Carmel syrup bottle when it was empty. I dumped the coffee right away. Not sure how this place is in business. The good reviews are definitely staged by people he knows which is unfortunate.

Great coffee and pastries. Took one star off because they are not open on Sundays and Mondays when I need their coffee the most

The coffee here is excellent, prices are lower than you'll pay in NYC for equivalent quality, and the shop is pleasant to hang out in.

One of my favorite NJ coffee spots. The shop is simple and to the point. It’s about a great cup of coffee. Great staff, too!
