Coffee is always well made and beans are always well roasted. A small shop, but I really enjoy coming here.

Hole in the wall coffee shop that is probably my favorite coffee/espresso in the state. Hours are a bit limited along with the pastry selection but when they’re open it’s definitely worth the trip if you’re passionate about coffee. Owner is friendly and you can tell he really cares - each cup is always consistently amazing.

This spot is a one-man show, and the owner is as friendly as they come. The pastry case, however, is more “cameo appearance” than “main feature” — limited options, not often replenished, and gone before you know it. Seating? Let’s just say you won’t be lingering long — and parking is a competitive sport.
But here’s the thing: if you want a quick, no-nonsense cup of coffee to go, this place hits the mark. And the mint tea? Honestly, it’s the star of the show — fresh, flavorful, and worth a detour.
Hours can be quirky (I swung by one Wednesday at lunch and it was closed on the dot at noon), but running a shop solo is no small feat. For the heart, hustle, and tea alone, it’s five stars from me.

What an unexpected treat to find masala tea on the menu! I was already surprised to see it, but the taste was another level of wonderful—truly great. It's exactly the kind of seamless service I dream about, where I can just order 'tea' and be brought a perfect cup without having to make a single choice.

Excellent iced coffee....not bitter at all and deliciously smooth. Not worth wasting money on the big chains if you are anywhere near this place.

Just had the Guatemala Blend Ice Coffee and it was perfectly smooth. This is a must go to place for coffee. Very flavorful and not burnt tasting.

Finally, a coffee shop who makes smooth and creamy espresso, the way it's supposed to be. It's so hard to find a shop who doesn't burn their shots. This is the place.

Man that looks like Santa working this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE..never returning.
I go to coffee shops up and down the eastern US. I have a standard order, large iced honey latte. I prefer to go to shops that roast their own beans or at least use local suppliers. The gentleman Tuesday Morning 10/22/24 was not chatty or over the top friendly, but I’m from the south so my impression could be more cultural. Regardless of how jovial he was or was not before I’m even up to the counter he is starting to pull a shot of espresso. My time felt very valued. More importantly the latte was EXCELLENT. It was perfectly smooth, not acidic or burned. I was done with it by the time I had made it to the other side of downtown and wanted to go back to order another.
I will definitely be back.

Fresh coffee
By far the best coffee in the Princeton Junction area, and I’ve tried it all. It feels like drinking a high end cup from NYC, with baristas who obviously really know what they’re doing. Their decaf Americanos (with actual crema because they know how to make them here) are absolute heaven. I’m so damn glad to have them in the neighborhood. My only wish is that they were open later, as they close at 3pm most days, but I will happily take what I can get haha.

The coffee is incredible, the best I ever tried anywhere.
Pastries are okay. Baristas are the best.
