I go to coffee shops up and down the eastern US. I have a standard order, large iced honey latte. I prefer to go to shops that roast their own beans or at least use local suppliers. The gentleman Tuesday Morning 10/22/24 was not chatty or over the top friendly, but I’m from the south so my impression could be more cultural. By far the best coffee in the Princeton Junction area, and I’ve tried it all. It feels like drinking a high end cup from NYC, with baristas who obviously really know what they’re doing. Their decaf Americanos (with actual crema because they know how to make them here) are absolute heaven. I’m so damn glad to have them in the neighborhood. My only wish is that they were open later, as they close at 3pm most days, but I will happily take what I can get haha.
