I have been coming to number one for about 3 years now and the food has always been good food. The lady and her husband are very nice and always make sure your order is fresh and accurate.

Great food and portions at reasonable prices. Staff are very polite and nice. In an area where other Chinese restaurants appear to inflate their prices and reduce their plate size, Number One sets itself apart. A real value and a great find.

Vegetarian options: Soup, Dumplings, Tofu and vegetable dishes as well as Mock Gen Tsos Chicken.

Dietary restrictions: I need lower carb options. They substituted Brown rice for white at no charge. Plenty of protein and veggies in their dishes.

This place has replaced Holy Wong as our go-to Chinese to-go. When you call and order in, you get the most pleasant woman on the phone. She is clear, articulate, and makes sure that your order is accurate. When you pick up your food, you get a nice warm welcome as you walk in to pick up your order. The food is consistently good, each time we’ve ordered. You aren’t getting ambiance, and that’s fine, since we get it to to. I highly recommend.

I'm surprised the average is this low. I've been getting take-out from here for a while and I've always found the food and service to be great. Friendly, decent prices, good portions, consistent wait times for pick-up. They're also open pretty late, which is nice since I live on a pretty late schedule.

I don't order a wide variety of things. I almost always get kung po chicken, sometimes black bean chicken if I want something less spicy. But I've always been happy with what I received. I tried the chicken lo mein recently, and it was quite good.

The egg drop wonton combo soup is particularly good, strongly recommend that if you like both (or either?) of those soups separately. I accidentally ordered just wonton soup once, and was initially upset with myself, but I found it to be very good as well. It's become kind of a toin-coss for which I get now, though I still lean a bit towards the combo since it's a pretty long-time favorite. Something about both soups is better than what I've had elsewhere. I dunno what it is, but it's good.

Overall I like this place a lot, and that's resulted in me ordering take-out maybe a bit more often then I should.

BUYER BEWARE. the quality of this food is comparible to county jail food. We had food poisoning for 2 days from under cooked pork that wasn’t even real pork! None of this food has any real flavor and it’s barely edible for human consumption ??. Stay away at all costs Look at what we got in this picture! Not to mention there was rat feces (little black pebbles) the bottom of my bag !

I agree with most of the results. SMALL Chicken and broccoli took 15-20 wait time. Flavor/gravy was good although the food was pretty dry. Broccoli and carrots flavored again gravy was good what little bit was on it. I emptied the rice on the plate and it molded like mashed potatoes. Just not a me place. I will add they were the only ones open in my area ALL others were closed. I checked reviews before going so I was already a skeptic. Probably wouldn't return again unless holidays close down the others.

Walked in. No one there. No one in the restaurant at all. No cook. No cashier. Nothing. No wonder the other people don’t get their food for a long time or not at all.

I have to say their Chinese food is the best in the area
the place is run by a small family and they do their best
as a frequent visitor I like to support their business! Never disappointed! Their wonton soup, sesame chicken and boneless ribs are yum!

if you’re a delivery driver, do not accept orders from this restaurant. you will wait a minimum of 15 minutes and they will tell you “almost ready” the whole time you are there. they will not start making an order until a driver arrives.

Food is just nasty

A take out counter inside a small resting with a couplr of chairs in a small shopping plaza with adequate parking. The food was decent but 45 minutes to make one shrimp and rice dish ordered at the restaurant is ridiculous. But the food was decent.
