My husband went to get subway and he charged tip without asking to my husband I called the store lady said come to store and get tip refund cash and hung up phone make sure guys on your card when you go here at this East Windsor location They are also very rude

Staff was awesome and it was some of the best food I've gotten from Subway. Both sandwiches were cleanly assembled, perfectly toasted (actually hot!), and the least messy while still having generous portions. One of the best we've been to on the mid-Atlantic

Made a purchase on the app. Order included two cookies, 1 raspberry and 1 choc chop. I knew that one of them would be served old and stale. It's a shame because it was the Raspberry which is their best cookie. Idk why franchises think that by giving old food they somehow sold a product and made money. When you have no one coming to your door and you need to close shop please remember the old cookie you decided to give me. I sure will remember not to pick this address when I order from the app.

Don’t go there. They won’t utilize any subway coupons, very rude service. I was very polite even though they said no we don’t take coupons. Then I was told to go get other coupons for subway, which didn’t make any sense. It’s one flyer. Also, as I walked in, the person took a personal call instead of helping me. I was the only one in the store.
Worst customer service. As one of the other reviewer mentioned, Daniel does not know how to treat customers and has bad attitude. He did not make sandwich as per order specifications and when complained he mentioned that you do not have to come here and can go to other stores. Owner of this store should ensure that employees know how to respect and treat customers!

The lady there was very arrogant I have my sub once every 2 weeks and this tym I chose the wrong subway location the lady on the counter was very arrogant and the sub she made was worst not upto the mark I would never visit this location again
