We had an amazing meal at AMA tonight. Sat at the bar and was able to chat with the owner. He told us about growing up in Italy and how he worked to renovate the restaurant himself.Everything we had was delicious. Arancini, Parma pizza, Cacio e Pepe, and homemade lemon gelato.The outside seating is gorgeous in the warm weather. Highly recommended!

First Impression wasn't good. Arrived with a party of 6 for 75th birthday. My cousin was contacted 3 times to confirm during the week. Less than 24 hrs before our reservation we were notified that a liquor license was obtained & if we decided to bring our own wine as planned a $12/uncorking fee would be applied. 2 of us arrived early & saw the prices of a glass of wine started @$11.50 while the "uncorking fee" was only $12 so we all brought our wine anyway! As we had "pre booked"online a table for a party of 6, were disappointed that there were only 4 tiny thin pieces of bread with a mini 2 oz cup of barely any olive oil on the table. We had to ask twice for for more bread! That was the smallest amount of olive oil I've ever seen presented at any italian restaraunt! A mini bottle on the table would have been a welcome addition as well as at least the amount of bread per people at table. The Calamari app was best I've ever had! The pizza special we ordered as an appetizer was soggy. Two of us ordered the Osso Buco Ragu & felt menu description as misleading as there was no bone. Maybe Ragu of Veal. Disappointed to not find the Osso Buca Bone. Also very small portions compared with our other favorite italian places around area! But that's ok as you could taste how fresh the pasta was & leaving room for the AMAZING desserts!!!!
One of our favorites! The food is always fantastic, the servers could not be more attentive, and the atmosphere is lively and charming. A real hidden gem in the area.

Very classic napoletano pizza. if you get a pizza in Naples Italy this is what you will get. Thin crust except less ingredients. I am not sure I will go again for $20 a personal size pizza. BYOB $12 cork charge quite hefty. Pasta is average still small

Absolutely loved the place! By far the be bg st Neapolitan pizza we've had outside of Naples... they now also have a drinks license and have a good selection of cocktails and wine and beer offerings. The ambience is quaint and lovely, and the service is excellent! We will be back again and again!

Absolutely awesome! AMA is a gem. The food is consistently delicious, their new cocktail program is perfect, and the service is top-notch. I can't get enough of their amazing pizza. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit. 5/5 stars!
I have eaten at AMA dozens of times since they have opened. I will never eat there again. Apparently they acquired a liquor license last week. We were treated extremely rudely by our server when we arrived with our own alcohol. This is what we’ve done here dozens of times through the years. I am happy for their success but sad for their lack of respect to a long time patron. Never again.
Went to Ama tonight, didn’t realize they now have a liquor license and I was charged $5 for a beer I brought in, on top of the $12 for the wine I brought in. I’ve never been more insulted, we would eat there every week and have spent countless amounts of money. I’m done for a while now.

Amazing food, ambiance, and service. 100% will be back. We’re so glad to find great authentic Italian food in the area. Calamari, pizza, eggplant, cannoli and tiramisu was all 10/10. We sat at the bar near the beautiful pizza oven. Highly recommend doing a date night here.
