Had a fantastic dining experience at AMA Pizza in Hillsborough Township! Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

The Tre Colouri pizza was outstanding with a perfect crust and great balance of toppings. The Mafaldine Cacio e Pepe was rich, creamy, and packed with authentic flavor. The Pollo alla Parmigiana was cooked perfectly with a delicious tomato sauce and melted cheese.

We also loved the fresh Caprese Salad...

Lovely, lively place that makes it feel like you are at a trattoria in Italy. Pizzas are great but Margarita pizza crust was soft and flimsy, almost mushy. My pasta dish with sausage and broccoli rabe was very oily. Took half home but couldn't look at it again. Appy arancini are fried brown... too dark - they should be golden and not hard. This has been consistent over the couple of years we've been going there. While still lovely, it may have lost some of its food...
