Ordered pork lo mein was charged for pork lo mein but not one pice of pork in the pork lo mein and the noodles were extremely dry

Very disappointing food experience. The chow mein had no noodles — it was only vegetables. The menu descriptions are also very poor and misleading, making it difficult to understand what the dishes actually include. Wonton soup had meat in it and the description did not say that. Would not recommend to anyone. I should have read reviews about this restaurant and then ordered. So many customers have given bad reviews about this restaurant.

General Tso's tastes like ketchup, flavorless egg roll, chewy chicken. Also charging NYC prices.
I'll pass.
Ordered from this local restaurant for the first time just chicken fried rice and wonton soup. Simple, right? Not at all.
When I got home, I opened the chicken fried rice and there was no chicken in it. Completely unacceptable. I called to let them know, and they admitted the chef knew they were out of chicken but made the dish anyway without saying anything.
That’s not just disappointing that’s dishonest. Customers deserve transparency, not to be misled and hope they won’t notice. Definitely not a good first impression.

I don't like living bad reviews. I'd really consider a lot the effort of the people when it comes to food service... But unfortunately, this is not the case. They not only charge you crazy money for simple stuff, but also the food taste was really bad. I order 4 meals of shrimp and broccoli with white rice and the food was cold.
And with a bad taste
I ordered a large pork lomein and pork fried rice tonight. The food was cooked either so improperly, was spoiled, or severely burnt. I opened it and the smell made my house nearly unlivable. I hope the people running this embarrassment are sent to prison or at the very least back to china to get culinary lessons.

This place has the best fried dumplings and dipping sauce. I get the spicy shrimp with vegetables and it’s delicious. The pork ribs are flavorful and the rice tasted great. It’s family run business that I have watched the kids grow up in and I have no issues with the service. I call in, get my order and go.

I have tried this place twice. The girl who works there does not have the most welcoming personality, but I'm there for food so no big deal. The food was just ok. I forgot to ask so I tried calling to inquire what type of oil they use to see if my child with a peanut allergy can eat the food. My experience was then of two employees continuously hanging up on me. Very unprofessional customer service let alone for such a small business. I was surprised this was their approach. Will not recommend nor will I be returning. Hard pass
The food is not fresh and tastes old oil. The service is bad. How can this restaurant survive? I will never been there again
