CHIPOLTE HILLSBOROUGH IS AN ABSOLUTE TRAIN WRECK. THEY OPENED TODAY AT 11:45. I PLACE A PICK UP ORDER ON THE APP AT 11:30 FOR A 12:30 PM PICK UP. I GET THERE AT 12:40 PM AND THE GUY INSIDE TELLS ME THAT THEY'RE NOT OPENING UNTIL 1:30 PM. I CAN'T GET A REFUND FROM THE APP AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. YES, THEY MAY BE SHORT HANDED, BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLY MIS-MANAGED AND HAVE BEEN FOR A LONG TIME. PROBABLY OUR LAST ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE FOOD THERE.
I placed a web order for a 4:15 pickup at the Hillsborough, NJ location. At 4:45 I started asking the people leaving with their order what their pick up time was. 4:30 was the answer. I went in to ask why mine wasn't ready. Manager yelled at me to leave the store because of the corona rules. I refused and an employee started looking for my order.
